UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League
UEFA Europa League Qualifiers

That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Chelsea drop down to fourth in the table, three points behind Leicester and Manchester City. They face Aston Villa in midweek. Meanwhile, West Ham jump up to 13th in the table and next up for them are Wolves.
West Ham end their poor run of form with a 1-0 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, thanks to a fine strike by Cresswell at the start of the second half. Chelsea dominated much of the first half, but went into the break level after a number of fantastic saves by Martin in the Hammers goal. Cresswell then broke the deadlock on 48 minutes, cutting inside from the left and curling the ball into the bottom corner after a strong overlapping run. They thought they had doubled their lead midway through the half, with Antonio bundling the ball home from close range, but it was ruled out by VAR for handball. Chelsea pushed late on, but didn't show enough quality in the final third and the Hammers held on for the win.
A. Cresswell
Yellow Card
90' + 5' Cresswell is booked late on after he kicks the ball away into the crowd to waste time.
90' + 4' Free-kick to Chelsea right on the edge of the penalty area, a good opportunity to whip the ball into the box. Willian steps up to take it, but it's well cleared by the Hammers.
90' + 2' Worry here for West Ham as Martin is down in the penalty area after a heavy fall following an aerial collision as he went to punch the ball clear. However, it looks like he should be fine to continue.
90' There will be a minimum of FIVE minutes added time played.
89' Decent effort! Pulisic gets forward down the right, the ball is played off to him by Kante and the American then lashes it towards goal, but it flies narrowly wide of the near post.
A. Yarmolenko
Yellow Card
88' Yarmolenko is booked for a poor challenge on Emerson that leaves the winger injured himself. The referee waits until the physios have dealt with the injury, before brandishing the yellow card.
87' West Ham are winless in their last seven Premier League games (D2 L5), losing each of the last three while conceding three goals each time. They seem to have ended that run today.
85' Just five minutes plus any additional time left to play and it's all Chelsea, but they aren't getting anywhere near the Hammers goal. The visitors have defended superbly today, especially Martin in goal on his Premier League debut.
A. Masuaku
Pablo Fornals
83' Final West Ham substitution now, with Fornals the man walking off the pitch and he is going to be replaced by Masuaku.
82' It's the West Ham supporters that can be heard inside the stadium now, they are about to see their side end their winless seven game run.
80' Chelsea just can't get into the Hammers penalty area at the moment, they have everyone back behind the ball, including Haller and it's working as Martin hasn't been tested in this second half.
78' West Ham are penned inside their own half at the moment defending, just trying to soak up this Chelsea pressure. So far they are doing a very good job.
S. Haller
M. Antonio
76' Here is the enforced West Ham change, with Antonio replaced by Haller.
75' Antonio is down with cramp and it looks like he is going to be replaced by the Hammers, get some fresh legs up front.
73' This is Chelsea’s 250th Premier League London derby (W128 D67 L54). The Blues have won more such games than any other side in the competition’s history, and also have the best points-per-game ratio (1.8).
C. Hudson-Odoi
O. Giroud
71' Chelsea now with their third and final substitution, with Giroud heading off the pitch and he has been replaced by Hudson-Odoi.
A. Yarmolenko
Felipe Anderson
71' West Ham make their first change of the game, with Anderson coming off and he has been replaced by Yarmolenko.
69' GOAL RULED OUT! VAR has ruled the goal out for handball. The ball seemed to hit the post and then the arm of Antonio, before being bundled over the line.
67' WEST HAM GOAL? West Ham think that they have made it 2-0! Snodgrass does brilliantly to hold off the challenge of Emerson down the right, he gets to the byline and then chips the ball into the box to Antonio at the far post, who bundles the ball home from close range. However, Kepa was appealing for handball straight away. We're going to have a VAR check...
Pablo Fornals
Yellow Card
65' The first yellow card of the game is shown to Fornals for his late challenge on James.
N. Kanté
63' The other Chelsea change sees Jorginho come off and he is replaced by Kante.
63' It's a double substitution for Chelsea, with Pedro coming off and he has been replaced by Willian.
62' There are a few Chelsea players warming up on the sidelines now, it won't be long before we see some fresh legs on for the Blues.
60' ANOTHER CHANCE! Snodgrass with another good set piece delivery, this time Ogbonna meets it but he doesn't get enough pace on it and it drops to Antonio just a couple of yards out, he tries to flick it goalwards, but Kepa smothers brilliantly.
59' GREAT SAVE! Balbuena almost makes it 2-0 to West Ham, only to be denied by Kepa! Snodgrass whipped a corner into the box and it's met by Balbuena, but Kepa gets across and makes a superb diving save to push it around the post and out for another corner.
58' West Ham have played well defensively, espesically in the second half, they haven't allowed the likes of Mount, Pulisic and Pedro any time or space on the ball in the attacking third.
56' The home crowd are starting to get agitated inside Stamford Bridge, with the visitors on top at the moment. How long will Lampard wait before making a change?
54' It will be interesting to see how Chelsea respond to going a goal down, after dominating so much of the first half. They haven't tested Martin or West Ham in the final third so far in the second period.
52' West Ham have won just one of their last seven Premier League meetings with Chelsea (D3 L3), winning 1-0 at home under David Moyes in December 2017.
50' What a start to the second half by West Ham and that goal seems to have given them a lot of confidence, they are keeping the ball well now.
Pablo Fornals
48' Fornals saw the run of Cresswell, lays it into his path and the left-back does the rest with a fine finish.
A. Cresswell
48' GOOOAAALLL! West Ham take the lead just a couple of minutes after the restart, it's 1-0! Cresswell sprints forward on the overlap down the left wing, he the cuts inside and beats James, before sliding the ball into the far right-hand corner of the net, out of the reach of Kepa.
47' Penalty shout! Giroud tries to play a quick one-two with Pulisic in the box and the ball appears to strike the arm of Balbuena, but there wasn't anything the Hammers defender could do about that. Nothing given by the referee or VAR.
46' The second half is under way!
This game could go either way now, with Chelsea looking slightly more dangerous in front of goal and they are dominating possession, but they need to be wary of the attacking threats the Hammers hold as well.
It's goalless at the break between Chelsea and West Ham at Stamford Bridge, but the hosts have had the better chances to break the deadlock. Pulisic has gone close twice, whilst Martin in the Hammers goal has produced a number of fine saves to deny the Blues. Including a terrific triple save, to deny Kovacic, Giroud and then Pedro from close range. Kepa has been called into action at the other end, producing an excellent save himself to deny Antonio after a free header by the striker.
45' + 2' HOW DID HE MISS? Pulisic with a great chance at the far post to put Chelsea ahead right at the end of the half! James whips a superb cross into the box, which Giroud misses and it falls to Pulisic at the far post, completely unmarked, but he somehow skies the ball over the crossbar.
45' There will be a minimum of TWO minutes added time played at the end of the first half.
43' SAVES! Martin with three great stops within seconds to deny Chelsea! The first to deny Kovacic after his low strike from the edge of the box, but he can't hold the ball and the rebound falls to Giroud, who tries to tap it in from close range, but Martin makes himself big and it bounces off him and into the path of Pedro, who is also denied by the West Ham keeper.
41' There's not long left to play until the end of the first half now, can either side break the deadlock before the half-time whistle?
39' Giroud hasn't had much of a sniff at goal for Chelsea so far, with much of their attacking threats coming from out wide with Pulisic and Pedro.
37' Ogbonna is down injured at the moment, he is receiving some medical treatment from the West Ham physios, for what looks like a back injury. However, he should be fine to continue.
35' Snodgrass is starting to get very frustrated with the officials because of a couple of decisions that have gone against him, he's just getting a talking to by the referee.
33' Chelsea win back-to-back corners, but they are unable to carve out any chances with them and the Hammers clear the danger.
31' The pace of the game has dropped slightly in the last few minutes, with Chelsea dominating possession, but much of it is in the middle of the pitch and they aren't testing Martin in the Hammers goal.
29' As we approach the half an hour mark at Stamford Bridge, it remains 0-0 between Chelsea and West Ham, but both teams have gone close to opening the scoring, Pulisic for the Blues and Antonio for the Hammers.
27' Having failed to win any of their first three home league games this season (D2 L1), Chelsea have won each of their last three at Stamford Bridge without conceding. They last won four in a row while keeping a clean sheet each time back in January 2015 (a run of five in which the fourth game was against West Ham).
25' GREAT SAVE! Kepa is called into action for the first time to deny Antonio after the striker got his head to a cross from the right and he powered the ball towards goal, but it was slightly too close to the Chelsea keeper, who pushed it away to safety.
23' He should be doing better! Zouma gets up well at a Chelsea corner, he tries to glance the ball into the far corner of the net. However, he doesn't get enough on it and it flies wide of the West Ham goal.
22' OFF THE POST! James whips a lovely cross into the box from the right, that takes a big deflection off Cresswell and it flies over the head of Martin and towards the back of the net. However, luckily for the Hammers, it strikes the post and goes out for a corner.
21' CHANCE! Brilliant defending by Fredericks to deny Pulisic! The winger plays a quick one-two with Mount, sprints into the box and then looks to fire a low shot at goal from a tight angle, but the Hammers right-back gets back and makes a superb tackle, just as the American was about to fire the shot.
20' Good move by Chelsea in the final third and once again Emerson gets forward down the left wing and delivers a low cross into the box, but this time the visitors defend the ball well.
18' The Hammers are having to sit deep in their formation at the moment, with Rice just sitting in front of the defence and doing a good job of keeping Giroud quiet so far.
16' Good run! Pulisic cuts in from the left-wing and drills the ball into the box, towards the run of Pedro, but Martin rushes off his line and gathers just in time.
15' It's pretty even at the moment, with Chelsea looking more dangerous in attack, but the Hammers are keeping the ball well themselves.
13' Stoppage in play here as Fornals is down with a head injury after an aerial clash with James. Play initially continues, but then the referee realises it is a head injury and stops the game.
11' Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 13 home Premier League meetings with West Ham (W9 D4) since a 2-3 loss in September 2002.
9' CHANCE! Pulisic with an excellent opportunity at the far post to put Chelsea ahead. Pedro just about manages to stay onside as he gets down the right and into the box, he chips the ball towards Pulisic at the far post, but he powers his header over the crossbar.
8' Decent effort! Mount is played in-behind the Hammers defence after a lovely ball by Pulisic, the midfielder then fires the ball towards goal, but there isn't enough pace on it to beat Martin in goal, who makes a comfortable save.
6' Good chance! Cresswell whips a lovely ball into the penalty area towards Antonio, who gets ahead of his marker and flicks the ball towards goal from the middle of the box, but he gets too much on it and it flies high over Kepa's goal.
5' Jorginho and Kovacic are starting to control the ball in midfield for Chelsea now, they are sitting deep and allowing Mount to run freely ahead of them in a more attacking position.
3' Blocked! Good counter by Chelsea, with Pulisic laying it out wide to Emerson on overlap down the left wing, who drags the ball back across goal to Pedro, but his low strike is blocked and the Hammers clear the danger.
2' West Ham are keeping the ball well so far in the early stages of the game, but it's all in the middle of the pitch. Both teams are just trying to settle into the match.
1' We're under way!
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all of the match action!
