That's all for today. Thank you for following our live coverage. Until next time, goodbye!
A special mention must also go to Mike Dean, who refereed his 561st and final Premier League match today before calling time on a remarkable career.
Ross Barkley scored a stoppage-time winner as Chelsea beat relegated Watford 2-1 at Stamford Bridge. Dan Gosling appeared to have rescued a point for the Hornets in Roy Hodgson's final game in charge as he cancelled out Kai Havertz's first-half strike. But Barkley snatched the spoils by heading in Reece James' 91st-minute cross at Stamford Bridge.
90' + 3' Ziyech almost puts the icing on the cake in spectacular fashion; his powerful 25-yard strike is heading for the top corner, but Bachmann holds onto it.

A. Masina
87' Masina produced an inviting cross that was clinically headed in by Gosling.

76' There is a break in play as Kamara stays down and is in need of attention from the Watford medical team.
74' Chelsea still 1-0 to the good as we head into the final quarter of an hour. Havertz's early strike still separates the sides.
J. Hernández
J. King
72' Watford's first change sees Hernandez replace King.
71' From the resulting corner, the ball breaks kindly for Mount on the edge of the box. However, the England international cannot keep his curling effort on target.
70' GREAT EFFORT! Space opens for Barkley to let fly from distance. His fierce effort is heading for the roof of the net, but Bachmann produces brilliant reflexes to deny him.

61' ALMOST A CALAMITY! Azpilicueta knocks the ball back towards Mendy, but gets it all wrong. Thankfully, Silva spares his skipper's blushes by clearing off the line.
M. Sarr
59' Kenedy takes a knock and is forced off. Sarr comes on in his place.
57' At the other end, Ziyech and Havertz look to breach the Watford defence, but they are unable to find a way through the stubborn resistance.
54' King embarks on a strong run into the right side of the penalty area. The striker manages to squeeze in a cross, but it is gathered by Mendy.
52' It has been a positive response since the restart by Watford, who are looking to avoid a 27th defeat of the season. Only during the 1971-72 campaign have they lost more times in their history (28).
50' The visitors are awarded a free-kick right on the edge of the box after Kante fouls Sema, whose subsequent delivery goes straight into the wall.

40' Chelsea continue to threaten and Havertz looks to get in behind the defence, who make up vital ground to deny him a clear sight on goal.
39' Good save! The ball breaks kindly in the box for Mount to strike, but Bachmann is equal to his low drive.
37' Kenedy has looked lively so far in what is his first Premier League appearance for the Blues in five years. The Brazilian has enjoyed plenty of possession and provided a constant threat down the left.
35' The visitors look to threaten again down the left flank, but their momentum stalls when Kayembe is penalised for offside.
33' The Hornets have only tasted victory on the final day of a Premier League season once in seven attempts. That sole success came during their maiden campaign of 1999-2000.

25' Watford enjoy a rare venture forward, during which Mendy is forced out of goal to punch clear. The Hornets maintain the pressure as Kayembe plays a neat one-two with King, before drilling a shot wide of the target.
23' Hodgson watches on from the sidelines for the final time today. The 74-year-old will be replaced in the Vicarage Road dugout by former Forest Green Rovers boss Rob Edwards next season.
21' Mount is completely unmarked as he meets Ziyech's deep cross at the far post, but is unable to direct his header towards goal.

17' The Blues are well in control as they aim to address their indifferent home form at the end of this season. Indeed, they have won just once in their last five Premier League games at Stamford Bridge.
15' At the other end, Chelsea win possession and neat link-up play between Mount and Havertz tees up Saul, who curls his shot just wide of the near post.
14' Watford look to respond immediately and a free-kick is only cleared as far as Sissoko, whose 20-yard drive is well-blocked by the stubborn Chelsea defence.
13' If Hodgson could have chosen any ground on which to conclude his managerial career, Stamford Bridge would not have been at the top of his list. Indeed, the former England boss has lost on each of his last seven visits.
11' Kenedy's low drive across the six-yard area was begging to be attacked, and Havertz duly obliged.
K. Havertz

7' The Blues continue to threaten and Kenedy's cross almost breaks kindly for Ziyech, but Kamara's swift intervention clears the danger for now.
5' GOOD SAVE! After Sissoko is dispossessed, Chelsea quickly turn defence into attack as Havertz races onto Mount's ball over the top of the Watford defence. However, Bachmann demonstrates wonderful reflexes to deny him.
3' Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 11 matches when finishing a Premier League season at home. You must go back to a 3-1 reverse against Aston Villa in May 2002 for their last defeat.
1' For the final time, Mike Dean is our referee for today's Premier League clash. He blows his whistle and we're under way!
The teams are making their way out onto the field and kick-off is moments away.
Meanwhile, Roy Hodgson makes six changes for Watford in what is the final match of his distinguished managerial career. Femenia and King have both recovered from illness, while Cleverley (rib) and Samir (groin) are back from injury. There are also starts for Kamara and Bachmann in goal. Ngakia, Masina, Cathcart and Gosling all drop to the bench.
Thomas Tuchel makes five changes to the Chelsea side that were held by Leicester in midweek. Havertz, Mount, Saul, Kenedy and Azpilicueta all come into the side, with Lukaku, Pulisic, Jorginho and Chalobah dropping to the bench, where is a welcome return for long-term injury absentee Ben Chilwell. Timo Werner, Mateo Kovacic and Andreas Christensen miss out. As for Kenedy, this is his first Premier League start for the Blues since a 4-3 victory over Watford in May 2017.
Chelsea have never lost to Watford in the Premier League on home soil; winning six of the previous seven such matches, while scoring at least twice on each occasion.
