That's all for today. Thank you for following our live coverage. Until next time, goodbye!
Both sides are at home when the Premier League season concludes on Sunday. Chelsea host Watford at Stamford Bridge, with Leicester welcoming Southampton to the King Power Stadium.
Chelsea have all but secured third place in the Premier League, despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Leicester City at Stamford Bridge. Marcos Alonso cancelled out James Maddison's earlier effort as the spoils were shared. Only a 19-goal swing in Tottenham's favour would see the Blues displaced on the final day of the season.
90' + 4' Chelsea look to finish with a flourish, but the Leicester defence stands firm to keep their opponents at bay.
90' + 3' Jorginho seeks out James in the box, but his lofted diagonal ball is just beyond the reach of the England international.
90' + 1' We are into the first of four additional minutes at the end of this second half.
89' Barnes has registered the most assists for Leicester this season (nine). Before the campaign ends, the England international will look to become only the fourth player to reach double figures during a single term for the Foxes - after Steve Guppy, Muzzy Izzet and Riyad Mahrez.
88' At the other end, Barnes tries to race onto a throughball into the Chelsea box, but Mendy is out quickly to gather.
86' Havertz looks to latch onto Ziyech's throughball, but unwittingly gets his feet mixed up and ends up flat on his backside - much to the amusement of the Leicester supporters.
Jorginho
Yellow Card
85' Jorginho takes out Fofana and can have no complaints at having his name taken.
82' Leicester have failed to win their final away game in each of their last 13 Premier League seasons. You must go back to a 4-2 victory at Blackburn in 1997 for their most recent such triumph.
80' Lukaku was aiming to score in three successive Premier League games for the first time since September 2017. But today, the striker could only muster two shots; neither of which were on target.
K. Havertz
R. Lukaku
78' That was Lukaku's last action as he is withdrawn and replaced by Havertz.
Ayoze Pérez
J. Vardy
78' Vardy is given a rest as he goes off to be replaced by Perez.
77' The hosts continue to apply the pressure and James floats a cross towards Lukaku in the box. But the delivery evades the striker and drifts behind for a goal-kick.
75' Although they have now had 18 shots on goal to their opponents' two, Chelsea have only been able to convert one of them into a goal. Will that prove costly in the outcome of this contest?
73' Chelsea's sixth corner of the game is met by Chalobah, but his tame header is held by Schmeichel.
R. Loftus-Cheek
N. Kanté
72' Kante is also withdrawn for the hosts with Loftus-Cheek taking his place.
Azpilicueta
C. Pulisic
72' Chelsea make a double-change. The first sees Azpilicueta replace Pulisic.
71' A deep cross from the left reaches James on the other side of the penalty area. The full-back unleashes a clean strike, but it is straight at Schmeichel.
70' We are still level heading into the final 20 minutes at Stamford Bridge. Can one of the sides find a winning goal, or are we set for a stalemate?
68' Today marks Rudiger's penultimate appearance for Chelsea before departing at the end of the season and completing a free transfer to Real Madrid. The Germany international was fortunate it did not culminate in a red card there.
A. Rüdiger
Yellow Card
66' Rudiger is booked, but is lucky to avoid further action after leaving the ground with both feet in his challenge on Fofana.
66' Good save! Following a prolonged spell of pressure, Rudiger unleashes a fierce strike from inside the area, but Schmeichel is equal to it.
J. Evans
Yellow Card
64' Evans goes into the book for a foul on Pulisic.
H. Barnes
K. Ịheanachọ
63' Leicester make the first change of the day with Barnes replacing Iheanacho.
62' WHAT A CHANCE! How did Pulisic miss?! James surges towards the Leicester area before feeding Lukaku, who squares the ball across the box for an unmarked Pulisic. However, the American international cannot steer it home from eight yards out, and his frustration is evident.
61' Lukaku is involved again as he climbs to meet Ziyech's cross, but Schmeichel watches his header wide of the post.
R. Lukaku
Yellow Card
59' Lukaku drags back Maddison and goes into the notebook.
58' Chelsea have a free-kick 25 yards from goal and slightly off-central. Ziyech whips the ball towards the corner, but Schmeichel gets across and collects.
56' At the other end, space opens for Iheanacho to try his luck from distance. However, his effort is never going to trouble Mendy.
54' James swings in a dangerous delivery from the left flank. However, it is too close to Schmeichel, who gathers well.
53' Chelsea have a free-kick in a dangerous position after Pulisic is brought down by Fofana. James is stood over the ball.
51' Whatever Rodgers said to his players at half-time has had a positive effect. Indeed, Leicester have enjoyed 62.5 per cent of possession since the restart.
49' After Kante has his name taken, Chelsea have now received the first card in each of their last six Premier League matches on home soil.
N. Kanté
Yellow Card
47' Kante goes into the book for a foul on Dewsbury-Hall.
46' Leicester get the ball rolling once more.
Chelsea controlled large periods of that first half, and Thomas Tuchel will be demanding more of the same from his players after the break. Though Leicester defended valiantly on the whole, Brendan Rodgers knows his side cannot afford to drop too deep in the second half.
We are all square at half-time at Stamford Bridge. James Maddison put Leicester in front after just six minutes, but that was cancelled out in the 34th minute by a brilliant Marcos Alonso volley.
45' + 2' HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 1-1 LEICESTER CITY
45' We are going to have one minute of additional time at the end of this first half.
43' Following a rare venture into their opponents' half, Leicester are awarded a free-kick that is swung into the box. But under pressure from Iheanacho, Mendy does well to gather.
41' Vardy goes to ground after he is brought down by Chalobah. The Leicester striker is aiming to maintain his impressive recent form, having netted six goals in his last six Premier League starts.
39' Now they are level, can Chelsea now go on and complete their first league double over Leicester since the 2016-17 season? Ironically, that was the campaign that brought their most recent Premier League title.
37' Having dominated much of the first half, Chelsea are eventually back on equal terms thanks to that brilliant equaliser from Alonso.
R. James
Assist
35' Wonderful awareness and execution by James, who delightfully picked out Alonso with that lofted ball into the area.
Marcos Alonso
Goal
35' ALONSO!!! 1-1! What a lovely equaliser by Chelsea! Following a neat exchange of passes, James produces a delicious diagonal ball into the area, where Alonso fantastically fires home on the volley.
31' The Blues look to apply the pressure from a corner. Silva rises to meet James' inviting cross, but cannot keep his header down.
29' Of course, Chelsea have struggled at Stamford Bridge in recent times. Indeed, the Blues have won just once in their last four games on home turf.
27' The Blues patiently build as they continue to search for the equaliser. However, the defence stands firm once again.
25' The visitors are still a goal to the good as we pass the midway point in the first half; Maddison breaking the deadlock with their only meaningful attack thus far.
22' Leicester have not enjoyed pleasant travels to London in recent times. Indeed, the Foxes have lost five of their last seven Premier League matches in the English capital, having only been beaten once in their previous 10.
20' Despite falling behind, Chelsea have continued to control possession. However, Leicester look well-organised and are proving difficult to breach.
18' Lukaku has scored three times in his last two Premier League appearances; one more than he managed in his previous 20.
16' Great tackle! Kante demonstrates tremendous vision to pick out Lukaku with a precise throughball. However, Amartey makes up vital ground before producing a brilliant break to deny the Belgium international.
14' Despite a good spell of pressure, Chelsea are unable to breach the Leicester defence. The Blues have enjoyed 72 per cent of possession so far, but still trail.
12' Another good opportunity for the hosts, who are awarded a free-kick in a dangerous area after Ziyech is fouled by Thomas.
10' GOOD SAVE! Chelsea look to respond immediately and Chalobah lines one up from distance. The defender's ambitious 30-yard effort is heading for the top corner, but Schmeichel springs across brilliantly to tip it over.
8' Leicester lead courtesy of only their sixth Premier League goal in 10 visits to Stamford Bridge. They have never scored more than once in a single game during that span.
J. Maddison
Goal
6' MADDISON!!! 1-0 LEICESTER! The visitors take the lead against the run of play! After Castagne latches onto Schmeichel's long clearance, the ball breaks kindly for Maddison. The midfielder works space on the edge of the box, before firing past Mendy.
5' Following a lengthy spell of possession, Ziyech works space to shoot from the edge of the box, but drags his low effort just wide of the target.
3' The hosts quickly settle into their rhythm as they neatly knock the ball around and maintain possession.
1' The referee blows his whistle and Chelsea get us under way at Stamford Bridge.
The teams are out and kick-off is moments away.
Chelsea have lost just one of their last nine home Premier League showdowns with Leicester. The Foxes have scored just five times during that span and never more than once in a single game.
Meanwhile, Brendan Rodgers makes four alterations from Leicester's 5-1 win at Watford. Schmeichel returns in goal, while there are also recalls for Amartey, Thomas and Iheanacho. Although he was substituted at Vicarage Road with illness, Mendy keeps his place in the starting line-up. Choudhury and Pereira are only fit for a place on the bench; Youri Tielemans and James Justin miss out.
Thomas Tuchel makes two changes to the Chelsea side that began their FA Cup final defeat by Liverpool. Kante comes into midfield in place of Mateo Kovacic, who has an ankle injury. Meanwhile, Ziyech replaces Mount, who drops to the bench. Andreas Christensen (illness) and Timo Werner miss out.
