That's all from us, we hope you enjoyed the game. Until next time, goodbye!
Chelsea face Bournemouth away from home in the Premier League next, while Bayern travel to Hoffenheim in Bundesliga action.
There goes the full-time whistle! Bayern's dominance turned into goals in the second half as Lewandowski set Gnabry up twice in the space of three minutes, before the striker got on the scoresheet himself after a superb run from the impressive Davies. Alonso was then sent off after VAR checked an altercation between him and Lewandowski, but Bayern did not add to their tally against the 10-man Blues. It finishes 3-0 to Bayern Munich!
90' + 4' FULL-TIME: CHELSEA 0-3 BAYERN MUNICH

90' + 1' CHANCE! Goretzka nearly scores with his first touch, meeting a header that is hung up for him in a crowded box, but the effort is inadvertently blocked by Lewandowski!
L. Goretzka
Thiago Alcântara
90' Thiago comes off for Goretzka as Flick makes a late change to his midfield.
88' Mount tries to wriggle free down the left, but his attempted shot is scruffy and Neuer collects at his near post.
C. Tolisso
S. Gnabry
85' Gnabry is denied the chance to net his hat-trick as he comes off for Tolisso in the closing stages.
84' WIDE! Alaba takes the free-kick and gets it up over the wall and down again, but it's just the wrong side of the post!
Marcos Alonso
Red Card
83' Alonso, having initially been shown a yellow card for a coming-together with Lewandowski, is now shown a straight red after VAR look at the incident! The Spaniard appeared to strike his counterpart in the face and is sent off!
80' A scrappy spell in midfield sees Chelsea emerge with the ball and Abraham charges towards the area with options left and right. He ignores both and tries to go alone, but is tackled fairly and the chance goes begging.
78' Lewandowski, who has two Champions League assists in one game for the first time, is now on 11 goals in the competition this term - his best-ever return in a single season.
A. Davies
Assist
76' Lewandowski may have scored the goal, but Davies deserves the majority of the credit for that. His pace and composure saw him take several Chelsea players out of the game completely as he led an incisive counter-attack.
R. Lewandowski
Goal
76' GOAL!!! LEWANDOWSKI MAKES IT 3-0! Davies goes on another superb run down the left, beating two or three defenders as they dive in desperately in a futile attempt to stop him. The youngster gets to the byline and gets his low cross perfect, allowing Lewandowski a simple tap-in at the back post! It's 3-0 to Bayern!
75' Willian darts past Davies and flashes a low ball across the box, but Abraham doesn't read it and can't get there in time to tap home!
Pedro
César Azpilicueta
73' Azpilicueta goes off for Pedro as Lampard switches to a 4-2-3-1 in the closing stages.
72' Davies shows off his searing pace once again, beating James to a loose ball despite being further away and then knocking the ball past Rudiger and retrieving it at the byline before crossing.
71' Chelsea are enjoying a brief spell of possession as Bayern's intensity drops somewhat, inviting pressure, but the hosts have yet to make the most of it.
69' Kimmich uncharacteristically gives the ball away cheaply in midfield and Mount bursts forward on the left. However, he snatches at his left-footed shot and slices it well wide of the target.
68' CHANCE! Muller bursts down the right to reach a long ball forward and cuts inside before crossing towards Coutinho at the back post. The substitute scuffs his attempted volley, however, and the loose ball rolls between Lewandowski and Gnabry and goes behind!
Philippe Coutinho
K. Coman
66' Coman is forced off now, with Coutinho coming on in his place. The Brazilian goes out to the left wing, with Gnabry swapping over to the right.
65' Coman pulls up while chasing a ball down the right and limps off the pitch holding his right hamstring. It doesn't look like he will be able to continue.
63' NO PENALTY! Thiago pokes a shot at goal from inside the box that appears to strike Christensen on the elbow, but the defender's arms were by his side and nothing is given!

O. Giroud
61' Aerial threat Giroud also goes off for Abraham as Lampard looks to attack in a different way.
Willian
R. Barkley
61' Lampard makes a double change, with Barkley going off for a genuine wide player in Willian as the first alteration.
59' OVER! Gnabry should have his hat-trick! Muller does well to cut the ball back for the winger in the middle of the box, but he gets underneath the strike and sends it over the bar!
57' Coman gets away down the right and crosses towards an unmarked Lewandowski in the middle. The ball is a little behind him and he tries an acrobatic scorpion finish, but he just can't connect with it!
56' All six of Gnabry's Champions League goals this season have come in London (four against Tottenham, two tonight).
R. Lewandowski
Assist
54' Lewandowski does well to win the ball in the air from Neuer's ball forward, and his run out to the left once again causes chaos at the back for Chelsea, allowing Gnabry in to score his second!
S. Gnabry
Goal
54' GOAL!!! GNABRY STRIKES AGAIN!! Neuer goes long to Lewandowski and there's a quick exchange between him and Gnabry again, before the former slides a pass into the box for the latter. Caballero tries to close the angle, but Gnabry tucks it just inside the far post with his left foot!
R. Lewandowski
Assist
51' Lewandowski's run in behind pulls Chelsea's defence around and the striker showed great awareness to find his man in the box on the swivel.
S. Gnabry
Goal
51' GOAL!!! GNABRY PUTS BAYERN IN FRONT! The winger cuts inside from the left as Azpilicueta slips, before sliding a reverse ball through for Lewandowski down the left. The striker then cuts it back to him as he arrives at the penalty spot to tuck into an empty net! It's 1-0 to Bayern!
J. Kimmich
Yellow Card
49' Kimmich is subsequently booked for his challenge, making Jorginho's protestations even less necessary.
Jorginho
Yellow Card
49' Jorginho picks up a needless yellow card for dissent after Kimmich clatters into Kovacic.
48' SAVE! Mount gets in behind down the right and tussles with Davies before poking a shot at Neuer. It ricochets out to Barkley, who steers at goal, but Neuer is there again to deny him! The flag then goes up for offside against Mount.
46' We're back under way for the second half!
Despite the lack of goals in the first half, there has been plenty of goalmouth action as Bayern in particular have threatened. Lampard will be keen to do more to shackle Muller and Lewandowski, who have been a real threat so far.
There goes the half-time whistle! Bayern have dominated the first half without finding a way through, with Muller hitting the crossbar as the visitors came close on more than one occasion. Chelsea's standout player of the half was undoubtedly Caballero, who made several important saves to deny Lewandowski and keep the scores level. It's 0-0 at the break!
45' + 2' HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 0-0 BAYERN MUNICH
Thiago Alcântara
Yellow Card
45' + 1' Thiago scythes Barkley down as Chelsea threaten to break from a Bayern corner and earns himself the first yellow card of the night.
44' WIDE! Alonso meets the cross in the box and directs his header towards the far corner, but it sails just wide of the post!
43' SAVE! Alonso bursts forward from the back and cuts inside Pavard before striking across goal. Neuer parries the strike and it's eventually behind for a corner!
41' A long spell of Bayern possession results in a free-kick on the right as Alonso clatters into Coman. However, it's headed up into the air and Caballero gathers at the second time of asking.
39' A Chelsea free-kick is wasted as the resulting ball from the left sails away from everyone in the middle and behind for a goal-kick.
37' Muller and Lewandowski have looked very dangerous so far, taking five of Bayern's six shots so far between them. Chelsea just can't seem to contain the pair.
35' CROSSBAR! Lewandowski works a yard of space on the left wing with a flick and crosses into the box for Muller, who is free in the middle. Despite facing the wrong way, Muller heads cleverly backwards towards goal, but it pings back off the crossbar!
33' CHANCE! A poor ball out from Neuer sees Jorginho pick the ball up in the final third. He plays it to Barkley, but the Englishman is crowded out in the box and returns it to him. It's lofted to the back post and Kovacic picks up the pieces before firing a low ball across goal, but Giroud just can't make contact to steer it on target!
31' Coman gets one-on-one with Alonso and tries to work a yard of space to cross into the box, but the winger can't get free and ends up running the ball out of play.
29' CLOSE! Muller picks the ball up on the left, gets the ball out of his feet before bending a fearsome strike towards the far corner from outside the box that has Caballero scrambling, but it flies just past the post!
28' SAVE! Great save by Caballero! A Chelsea throw is picked off and Bayern work it quickly into Muller, who plays a clever reverse ball in behind for Lewandowski. The striker lets it run across him, but Caballero is out quickly and blocks the poked effort!
26' Davies steps forward and intercepts superbly as Chelsea try to play out from the back. He feeds Muller, but the German can't control his pass forward to Lewandowski in the box. The striker sprints to reach it, but just can't get a touch on the stretch as Caballero gathers at his feet.
24' Barkley drives down the left and tries to cross into the middle, but it's a wayward ball and Neuer sees it behind for a goal-kick.
22' Chelsea give the ball away to Coman in their own third and he plays it wide to Pavard, but the defender's cross is too low and is blocked. The hosts got away with one there.
20' The resulting corner is met by Giroud, but the contact on his downward header is scruffy and Neuer gathers easily.
19' James is found in space on the right and fires in a wicked cross that takes a deflection, forcing Alaba to slide in and send it awkwardly behind.
17' Kovacic plays Mount in superbly down the flank, but the Englishman's first touch lets him down and Davies shows superb recovery pace to close the distance and eventually shields the ball out of play for a goal-kick.
16' CHANCE! Gnabry rises highest at the near post to flick on the resulting corner but Boateng hasn't made the right run and isn't there to steer home at the back post!
15' SAVE! Thiago picks out a fantastic long ball over the top for Lewandowski, who runs in behind and meets it on the left of the box at a tight angle, but Caballero rushes out and makes himself big, blocking the striker's effort with his chest!
13' Bayern are completely in control of the game now, working the ball around with ease as Chelsea pick their moments to press, but only succeed in forcing the visitors back.
11' SIDE-NETTING! Coman plays a lovely one-two with Muller that releases him into space down the right. Lewandowski is square but Coman goes alone, firing towards the bottom-right corner, but it's just the wrong side of the post!
10' A lovely move featuring a clever dummy from Coman sees Pavard with the ball in space on the right, but he doesn't get the curl he's looking for on the cross and it sails over and behind!
9' WIDE! Caballero goes long to Giroud from his goal-kick and the Frenchman flicks on for the run of Mount down the right. He cuts inside Davies, but the resulting shot is tame and trickles wide of the target.
7' OVER! The ball drops for Mount on the edge of the box and he takes on the volley with his weaker left foot, but he's always stretching for it and smashes over the bar!
5' Chelsea have hardly been out of their own half, but they get a break down the right as Azpilicueta tries to cross into the middle, but it's blocked away by Davies.
3' Coman gets away down the right and crosses low towards Gnabry, but it's just cut out, before an excellent ball over the top towards Gnabry again is also intercepted. Bayern look dangerous already.
1' MULLER! Jorginho is caught in possession in his own half and Davies picks up the pieces, driving forward and dancing past one challenge before feeding Muller on the edge of the box. He turns and ignores the run of Lewandowski in behind, instead firing towards the bottom-left corner, but Caballero gets down to hold on!
1' We're under way at Stamford Bridge!
Meanwhile, Bayern produced the best-ever performance of any side in the group stages of this competition, winning all six games, scoring 24 goals and conceding just five in the process. However, none of the previous six teams to have won all their group games have gone on to win the tournament that season.
Chelsea have been eliminated in each of their last four Champions League two-legged ties, failing to win any of their eight knockout games in that period (D4 L4). Furthermore, the Blues have won only one of their last six Champions League games at Stamford Bridge (D4 L1), a 2-1 victory against Lille last December.
Bayern boss Hansi Flick, however, makes four changes from his side's 3-2 win over Paderborn last time out. Tolisso, Odriozola, Hernandez and Coutinho drop to the bench, with Boateng, Pavard, Muller and Coman starting in their places.
Chelsea head coach Lampard names an unchanged side for just the second time as Blues boss, handing Giroud his first start in Champions League game since March 2018 after his goal against Spurs. Barkley also earns the first Champions League start of his career.
Bayern Munich substitutes: Joshua Zirkzee, Corentin Tolisso, Sven Ulreich, Alvaro Odriozola, Leon Goretzka, Lucas Hernandez, Philippe Coutinho.
Bayern Munich XI (4-2-3-1): Manuel Neuer; Benjamin Pavard, Jerome Boateng, David Alaba, Alphonso Davies; Joshua Kimmich, Thiago; Kingsley Coman, Thomas Muller, Serge Gnabry; Robert Lewandowski.
Chelsea substitutes: Billy Gilmour, Emerson, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Tammy Abraham, Kurt Zouma, Willian, Pedro.
Chelsea XI (3-4-2-1): Willy Caballero; Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen, Antonio Rudiger; Reece James, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, Marcos Alonso; Mason Mount, Ross Barkley; Olivier Giroud.
Chelsea face a tough task as they host a Bayern side that won all six of their group-stage games, but Frank Lampard's side will hope they can replicate the performance that saw them beat London rivals Tottenham 2-1 in their last outing.
