Commentary

Thank you for joining our coverage, we hope you enjoyed the game. Until next time, goodbye!
Bayern host Werder Bremen in their next game in the Bundesliga, while Spurs face a trip to Molineux to face Wolves in the Premier League.
There goes the final whistle! Bayern win all six of their group-stage Champions League games for the first time in their history and finished the job with ease tonight. Coman opened the scoring with a composed finish before Sessegnon thumped home an equaliser, but Bayern remained firmly on top and retook the lead just before half-time through Muller, before Coutinho's lovely long-range effort added deserved gloss to the scoreline. It finishes 3-1 to Bayern!
90' + 3' FULL-TIME: BAYERN MUNICH 3-1 TOTTENHAM
90' + 1' SAVE! Eriksen plays Son through on the left and the South Korean storms into the box at pace. Neuer is off his line quickly though, and charges the shot down!
89' SAVE! Gnabry looks to get himself on the scoresheet but can only thump an effort off a defender, before Coutinho drives back at the defence and commits Walker-Peters before smashing an effort at goal that Gazzaniga has to tip over the bar!
L. Goretzka
Javi Martínez
87' Martinez makes way for Goretzka in Flick's final change, with Kimmich now at right-back to allow Pavard to fill in at centre-back.
J. Zirkzee
I. Perišić
86' Perisic makes way for teenage striker Zirkzee in the closing stages of the game. He goes up front, with Muller shuffling out to the right and Gnabry switching to the left.
85' All Spurs are able to do at this point is clear the ball straight back to Bayern and are inviting wave after wave of attacks.
83' Bayern look very comfortable as they see the game out. Spurs are showing no signs of a fight-back whatsoever.
V. Wanyama
E. Dier
81' Dier off for Wanyama at the base of midfield is Mourinho's final change of the night.
79' Gnabry bursts down the right again and fires a low cross into the feet of Muller, who isn't expecting it and allows his touch to get away from him. The ball comes out to Kimmich, who drives into the box and dinks towards the far post, but Gazzaniga catches.
77' Neuer awkwardly palms Eriksen's free-kick delivery aside after Martinez had given a foul away just outside the box. He's hardly had anything to do in this half.
75' Concerningly for Mourinho, Spurs have conceded at least two goals in five of their six games in all competitions since he took charge, including in all three of their away games.
73' Bayern have had 69% of the ball so far and are completely dominating possession at the moment. Spurs can't get a touch.
71' Son is played clean through on the right but he dallies on the ball and allows Davies to sprint back and hold him up, before a sloppy pass from Eriksen sees the offside flag raised and a great chance goes begging.
69' SAVE! Gnabry takes the ball down and drifts in from the right before thumping a fierce effort off his weaker left foot that forces Gazzaniga into a sharp low stop!
67' Three of Coutinho's last four goals in the Champions League have been scored from outside the box, with two of those coming against Spurs.
O. Skipp
G. Lo Celso
65' Lo Celso also makes way for Skipp, who goes into the middle, pushing Sissoko wide.
Son Heung-Min
Lucas Moura
65' Son replaces Lucas up front as Mourinho makes a double-change in pursuit of a comeback.
A. Davies
Assist
64' Davies fed Coutinho as he got forward from left-back, but there was plenty for the Brazilian to do before finding the bottom corner from distance.
Philippe Coutinho
Goal
64' GOAL!!! WHAT A STRIKE FROM COUTINHO! Coutinho drifts in from the left to the edge of the box and jinks away from Sissoko before striking a lovely effort into the bottom-right corner past a sprawling Gazzaniga! He's finally got his goal! It's 3-1 to Bayern now!
62' SAVE! Perisic shows great pace and strength to get to the ball ahead of Walker-Peters and bullies him out of the way before laying it back to Coutinho. The Brazilian snaps a first-time shot towards the near post, but Gazzaniga is there to make the save!
60' Bayern are playing some slick stuff now and are working it across the pitch smoothly. The hosts look to be growing in confidence again after a slower start to the second half.
58' OVER! Coutinho wins a foul with some clever footwork just outside the box and to the left of goal. He takes the free-kick himself and goes towards the near post, but it's just too high!
56' Rose stays down after fouling Thiago, who had just wriggled past Dier, but the left-back eventually gets to his feet and seems to be okay.
54' Boateng tries to head Gazzaniga's goal-kick back towards his goalkeeper but very nearly sells Neuer short with Lucas lurking! The Bayern shot-stopper is alert, however, and gathers at the Brazilian's feet.
52' Coutinho tries his luck again but gets right underneath it and blazes it over the bar. Meanwhile, play is stopped so that Walker-Peters' bloody nose can be seen to.
51' SAVE! Coutinho lines one up from the edge of the box and strikes firmly towards the top-left corner, but Gazzaniga is across well to hold on!
50' Gnabry takes the ball down well and finds Muller on the edge of the box, but the forward slips as he takes his shot on and he skews his effort well wide.
48' Bayern win a couple of early corners but they come to nothing and Spurs clear their lines, allowing Neuer to mop up in his own half and recycle possession.
46' We're back under way for the second half!
In truth, Bayern could already be well clear in this one. Gnabry and Coutinho have both struck the woodwork with fine efforts and the hosts have recorded 14 shots already in this one. Lewandowski may well be licking his lips on the bench at the prospect of being introduced into this game.
There goes the half-time whistle! Bayern have been the dominant force in an entertaining first half, going ahead through Coman's cool strike before being pegged back by Sessegnon's first Spurs goal. However, Muller restored the advantage just before the interval, stabbing home after Davies had struck the foot of the post! It's 2-1 to Bayern at the break!
45' + 3' HALF-TIME: BAYERN MUNICH 2-1 TOTTENHAM
45' + 2' OVER! Pavard meets Kimmich's cross but can only nod high and wide! That should be that for the half.
45' + 1' SAVE! What a hit by Coutinho! The attacking midfielder unleashes a swerving, dipping effort from distance but Gazzaniga just gets fingertips to the ball and it cannons out off the underside of the bar!
T. Müller
Goal
45' GOAL!! MULLER PUTS BAYERN BACK IN FRONT!! Gnabry causes chaos as he dribbles into the box before trying to square to Coutinho. It's just behind the Brazilian but it comes out to Davies, who rattles a shot off the inside of the base of the near post, but it ricochets out to Muller to steer into an empty net! It's 2-1 to Bayern!
43' OVER! Lo Celso goes for the top-left corner as he cuts into the box from the right but his effort loops over the top of the bar! Spurs want a corner, but none is forthcoming!
42' Bayern pile on a bit of pressure as a Perisic shot deflects behind for a corner, but they fail to make the most of the set-piece and the delivery is too close to Gazzaniga, who claims.
40' Perisic takes a shot on from the edge of the box but doesn't catch it right at all, sending a tame, dragged shot off-target and it's hacked away.
38' POST! Gnabry cuts inside from the right and curls a shot across goal that beats Gazzaniga, but comes back out off the base of the far post! Thiago can't turn home the rebound either and can only turn wide!
G. Lo Celso
Yellow Card
36' A second yellow card is indeed shown, with Lo Celso also booked for his part in proceedings.
J. Kimmich
Yellow Card
36' Kimmich is shown a yellow card as Lo Celso walks into him and hits the turf. Neither side is happy with the incident and there's a coming-together between the players. Another booking could well follow.
35' NO PENALTY! Muller appeals furiously for a penalty as he claims his blocked shot was handled by Rose, but replays show that is not the case and no spot-kick is awarded.
33' CHANCE! Sissoko is in acres of space in the box on the right and has two team-mates to his left in position for a tap-in. However, the midfielder somehow fires a lofted cross straight out of play! What a waste!
31' Bayern are taking plenty of risks as they play out from the back under the Spurs press, with Neuer heavily involved. They've not been caught so far.
29' CHANCE! Perisic fires a cross into the path of Muller, who meets it awkwardly at the near post with his chest and cna only direct the ball wide!
28' OVER! Lucas is dispossessed in the box but it comes out to Lo Celso on the edge of the area and he hits a sweet, dipping strike, but it sails over the bar!
T. Müller
K. Coman
27' That change is now made, with Coman having gone straight down the tunnel and Muller comes on to replace him. The substitute goes up front, with Perisic going out to the left wing.
26' Coman has been directly involved in 12 goals in 15 home appearances for Bayern in the Champions League (five goals and seven assists), but he won't be able to continue and is helped along the sidelines. That's a blow for the hosts.
25' Coman, under no pressure, falls to the turf as he sprints to get on the end of a switch of play. He seemed to get his studs caught in the turf and may have to be replaced.
23' WIDE! Kimmich's right-wing corner is met by Perisic at the back post, but Gnabry also goes for the header in front of him and gets in his team-mate's way! The Croatian's subsequent header is scruffy and he can't direct it on target!
21' Sessegnon has scored on his first ever start for Spurs - his previous three appearances for the club had all come as a substitute.
R. Sessegnon
Goal
20' GOAL! SESSEGNON EQUALISES FOR SPURS! Lo Celso plays the ball through via a heavy deflection off Boateng and it comes out to Sessegnon, who takes a touch before blasting a half-volley beyond Neuer at his near post! It's 1-1!
18' Bayern are completely dominant in possession at present, working the ball from the goalkeeper to the forwards well and pinning Spurs back.
16' Perisic comes out to the left and plucks the ball out of the air with aplomb before finding Coman in the middle with a clever flick. The Frenchman is outnumbered, however, and the ball goes back out wide to be recycled in search of a better attacking angle.
K. Coman
Goal
14' GOAL!! COMAN OPENS THE SCORING! Gnabry drives forward in the inside-right channel and tries to find Coutinho to his left. The ball deflects into the path of Coman, who opens his body up and coolly slots it beyond Gazzaniga and into the far corner! It's 1-0 to Bayern!
12' SAVE! Pavard latches onto Davies' cross after galloping into the box from right-back and volleys venomously at goal, but Gazzaniga is equal to it! Thiago gets to the rebound first, but he can only direct it at the goal on the stretch!
10' Dier lets Coman's ball across the edge of the box run but doesn't realise Coutinho is behind him. Thiago then manages to poke the ball through despite being on the floor, but nobody was able to read the pass.
8' Neither side is playing with a recognised striker today. Lucas is up front for Spurs, while Perisic has assumed the role for Bayern.
6' Gnabry bursts down the right and thumps in a cross from the byline, but Gazzaniga holds on at his near post.
4' SAVE! Sessegnon is released down the left and finds room for a shot, but it's tamely into the hands of Neuer, who holds on well.
3' SAVE! Gnabry is played in behind over the top by Kimmich after a free-kick and the forward tries to place a shot through Gazzaniga's legs, but it's behind off the inside of the goalkeeper's calf! However, the flag then goes up for offside.
1' We're under way at the Allianz Arena!
This will be Tottenham’s first visit to Bayern in any competition since November 1983 in the UEFA Cup last 16. Spurs have lost both of their two away games against Bayern in all competitions by an aggregate 5-1 scoreline. In fact, tonight's hosts have only lost one of their five previous meetings with Tottenham in all competitions (W3 D1).
Bayern’s 7-2 win in their last meeting with Spurs was one of only two occasions an English side has conceded seven or more goals in a single match in any European competition, along with Spurs’ 8-0 loss against Koln in the Intertoto Cup in July 1995.
Spurs boss Jose Mourinho goes one step further, making six changes from the 5-0 win over Burnley. Only Gazzaniga, Alderweireld, Dier, Sissoko and Lucas keep their places from that game. Talismanic striker Harry Kane is not even in the squad as he is afforded a rest.
Hansi Flick makes five changes to the Bayern side that were beaten 2-1 late on by Bundesliga leaders Borussia Monchengladbach, with Muller, Goretzka and Lewandowski dropping to the bench, while Correntin Tolisso and David Alaba are left out altogether. In their places are Pavard, Martinez, Perisic, Coutinho and Gnabry.
Tottenham substitutes: Brandon Austin, Davinson Sanchez, Troy Parrott, Oliver Skipp, Victor Wanyama, Japhet Tanganga, Son Heung-min.
Tottenham XI (4-2-3-1): Paulo Gazzaniga; Kyle Walker-Peters, Juan Foyth, Toby Alderweireld, Danny Rose; Eric Dier, Moussa Sissoko; Giovanni Lo Celso, Christian Eriksen, Ryan Sessegnon; Lucas Moura.
Bayern Munich substitutes: Lars Lukas Mai, Joshua Zirkzee, Leon Goretzka, Sven Ulreich, Thomas Muller, Sarpreet Singh, Robert Lewandowski.
Bayern Munich XI (4-2-3-1): Manuel Neuer; Benjamin Pavard, Javi Martinez, Jerome Boateng, Alphonso Davies; Joshua Kimmich, Thiago; Serge Gnabry, Philippe Coutinho, Kingsley Coman; Ivan Perisic.
Bayern are confirmed group winners and Tottenham are assured of qualification, meaning there is nothing to play for but pride for either side tonight. The hosts have won each of their five games in the group thus far, however, and will be keen to progress with a perfect record, while Spurs will be looking to ease the pain of their 7-2 defeat in the reverse fixture in London.
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Champions League fixture between Bayern Munich and Tottenham at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.
