Arsenal will now turn their attention to their away game at Vorskla in the Europa League mid-week, albeit with their knockout qualification already sewn up. Bournemouth face a daunting trip away to Man City next Saturday. That's all for now. Goodbye!
That result leaves Arsenal five points clear of Everton in fifth in the Premier League, looking up to Chelsea one point above them in the last Champions League spot. Bournemouth stay in eighth after their third consecutive league defeat.
Arsenal get their fourth Premier League away win of the season over a spirited Bournemouth side thanks to Aubameyang's second half goal. After a largely even first half, the Gunners gradually asserted themselves and nabbed a deserved goal from a clever quick free-kick. Bournemouth fought until the very last minute but ultimately, Arsenal had just that bit more quality in front of goal.
90' + 6' FULL TIME: BOURNEMOUTH 1 - 2 ARSENAL
90' + 5' Stanislas and Lerma stand over the free-kick. The crowd waits with bated breath. Stanislas takes a few quick steps forward to take it and blazes over! It's the last kick of the game.
90' + 4' Arsenal wisely take the corner short. Bournemouth win a throw then a free-kick which Begovic takes. Mustafi fouls Wilson right on the edge of the penalty box. Bournemouth free-kick. They couldn't... Could they?
E. Nketiah
P. Aubameyang
Arsenal
90' + 3' Aubameyang goes off to a standing ovation from the Arsenal fans. Nketiah replaces him for the final minute.
90' + 2' Two minutes left for Bournemouth. Arsenal put a few great passes together and Ramsey tumbles over in Bournemouth's box twice under repeated pressure from Daniels. It's only a corner.
90' + 1' Guendouzi cuts out a Bournemouth pass and wins his team a free-kick not long after. The attendance at the game is 10,792.
90' There will be four minutes of added time due to that clash between Wilson and Leno. Meanwhile, Aubameyang drags a half-chance wide.
89' Chance for Bournemouth! Fraser's right-footed corner is inadvertently hooked into the air by Kolasinac's backheel, forcing Leno to leap up and tip it over as it almost drops into the net. Nothing comes of the follow-up. Can the Cherries grab a late equaliser?
88' Arsenal keep the ball for a while, encouraging Bournemouth to come forward and challenge. The Cherries soon win it back and Fraser's cross wins them a corner from the left.
86' Stanislas beats Arsenal's offside trap, whipping in a cross. His cross bounces up off Sokratis, and Wilson and Leno clatter into each other a yard from goal as they both go for the loose ball. Leno stays down for a while but looks to be fine.
84' Bournemouth are playing with more urgency now! Fraser's cross is headed away by Mustafi. The Cherries come forward again. Mousset's effort is seen off by Holding on the other side. Eventually the ball comes to Lerma in the middle whose bouncing shot rattles Leno's right post! The Vitality Stadium crowd will their team on.
L. Mousset
J. King
AFC Bournemouth
82' Bournemouth respond with a change of their own. King is replaced by the French U21 international Mousset.
A. Ramsey
A. Iwobi
Arsenal
82' Arsenal make another sub. Iwobi goes off. Ramsey comes on.
80' What a chance for Bournemouth! Daniels' cross misses everyone, somehow finding Stanislas with time six yards from goal. The sub can't get his feet together and his toe-poke of a shot doesn't threaten Leno at all. That could have been 2-2.
M. Guendouzi
L. Torreira
Arsenal
78' Arsenal make their first change. Torreira is replaced by Guendouzi.
76' Francis cleverly cuts the ball back low, leaving Stanislas in space to shoot. It's blocked, giving Bournemouth a throw-in. Wilson can't threaten Leno on the follow-up.
75' The Arsenal fans are enjoying themselves. The mint green men ping the ball around for a bit, with Kolasinac angling in yet another high cross. Begovic is equal to this one.
74' Stanislas and Lewis Cook combine for the first time this game on Bournemouth's right. Working the ball to the other side, Lerma sells Daniels short with a woeful pass.
L. Cook
D. Gosling
AFC Bournemouth
73' Howe makes another change - Gosling off. Lewis Cook on.
J. Stanislas
D. Brooks
AFC Bournemouth
73' Here's the substitution, then - Stanislas replaces Brooks for Bournemouth.
72' Bournemouth know they need a goal. Fraser finds some space and shoots but Leno is equal to it.
71' As things stand, Arsenal will get their fourth away PL win of the season - as many as they got all last year in Arsene Wenger's final season. Bournemouth are preparing Junior Stanislas by the touchline.
69' Arsenal have a chance to make it three! Mkhitaryan gets free down Arsenal's left and forces a save from Begovic. The Gunners are really in charge now.
S. Kolašinac
Assist
Arsenal
67' That was great work by everyone involved in that goal, especially Kolasinac. Bournemouth need to step up another gear to get back into this.
P. Aubameyang
Goal
Arsenal
67' GOAL! 2-1 Arsenal! Arsenal take the free-kick quickly, working the ball to the opposite side. Kolasinac arrives into the box and rolls the ball across to Aubameyang who slides the ball into an open net.
J. Lerma
Yellow Card
AFC Bournemouth
66' Lerma is booked for grabbing Mustafi by the neck as the German surged away down the right. The Colombian hasn't had the best day.
64' Aubameyang receives the ball from Mkhitaryan but the Gabonese international fires over. Down the other end, King fends off Sokratis by the goalline and feeds the ball to Brooks, whose low shot is no problem for Leno.
62' Bournemouth combine to see the corner away effectively. Arsenal are right back though. Xhaka's awful ball for Mustafi sees the German taking out Daniels as the Bournemouth full-back rushes in to win the header.
61' Aubameyang loops up a cross that eludes everyone, eventually landing to Bellerin in the centre but he can't catch it cleanly. Iwobi wins yet another Arsenal corner from Fraser.
60' Fraser runs down the inside-right channel for Bournemouth but is judged to be offside.
59' The Bournemouth fans suddenly go into full voice. Cook takes the long throw which Lerma ingeniously hooks overhead behind him while facing away from goal. Leno gets high enough to claim it.
57' Torreira has a pop this time, leading to another Arsenal corner that's cleared. Bournemouth put a few passes together and slow the game down, winning a throw on their left.
56' Mkhitaryan's corner doesn't beat the first man. No matter - Arsenal try again. The Gunners are slowly but steadily gaining control of the game.
55' Xhaka dribbles mazily forward, finding Holding. He curves a ball towards the centre, temporarily causing havoc in Bournemouth's defence. A few shots are blocked. Arsenal regroup and win another corner.
54' Fraser is in tons of space on the right and has all the time in the world to pick out a cross. His effort misses Brooks in the middle and reaches Daniels at the far post, but the left-back's extended foot can't keep it in.
53' Arsenal win a corner from the free-kick. Lerma heads the delivery away. Bellerin attempts to whip in another cross on the overlap but it's seen off. Now Bournemouth can break...
N. Aké
Yellow Card
AFC Bournemouth
52' Aké is booked for barging into the back of Mkhitaryan while challenging for the ball.
51' Fraser chases down Leno after Arsenal pass the ball back. Leno successfully finds Holding on the wing but the defender soon loses possession.
49' Intriguingly, Fraser and Brooks have swapped wings. Fraser goes down in Arsenal's box but Craig Pawson isn't convinced it's a foul. The home fans boo heavily.
48' It's a little scrappy in midfield. Lerma cuts out an Arsenal pass and attempts to find King but Mustafi gets in the way.
46' Bournemouth gradually make their way down their left through some lovely play. Brooks' cross winds up landing straight into Leno's arms.
46' Arsenal get the second half underway. Will the Gunners grab the away win?
Arsenal are very much a second half side this season and have won their last eight PL games in which they've scored the opening goal. It's foreboding for Bournemouth - will they ride out the second half or even nab the win themselves?
All square for now then, and that sets us up perfectly for a great second half. Bournemouth had a fantastic start and really should have gone a goal up after Brooks' goal was incorrectly ruled offside. Arsenal scored themselves through Lerma's own goal and took charge of the game, only for the Cherries to equalise on the brink of half-time.
45' + 2' HALF-TIME: BOURNEMOUTH 1 - 1 ARSENAL
D. Brooks
Assist
AFC Bournemouth
45' + 1' Brooks could have shot himself but he made the right decision there. The two sides will go in level at half-time.
J. King
Goal
AFC Bournemouth
45' + 1' GOAL! One added minute, and Bournemouth have scored in it! 1-1! Bournemouth race upfield through Wilson down the left. He passes inside to Brooks, who has the peace of mind to lay it off for King who slashes a left-footed shot into the net!
44' Mkhitaryan can't beat Daniels. Bournemouth switch the play to their right. Brooks finds himself in an almost identical position to the one he 'scored' from earlier and is again called offside incorrectly. This time Leno saves anyway.
43' Brooks is bundled over by Kolasinac. Bournemouth free-kick. When the ball comes in Ake goes over in the penalty area. There's no appeal for the penalty except from the fans.
41' After a shaky start you have to say that Arsenal look good value for their narrow lead. Bournemouth have been lively but haven't created all that much.
39' Arsenal corner! Mkhitaryan rifles in a cross from the right. Cook just beats Iwobi to the ball and punts it out. Bellerin keeps in a powerful pass from Torreira in the aftermath of the corner. The ball falls back to Mkhitaryan on the edge of the area. His shot goes into the stratosphere.
37' Daniels makes an unfortunate slip by the goalline after getting the ball back from a one-two with Fraser. Goal-kick.
36' Bournemouth win a free-kick down their right. Brooks takes it. Cook's header bounces wide but someone's offside anyway.
34' Iwobi waits on the edge of Bournemouth's box to find Mkhitaryan arriving late. The Armenian bursts into the area but can't control the pass.
33' Begovic makes another fine stop from Iwobi's curling long range shot. Arsenal have managed the Cherries' threat very well so far.
32' Bournemouth look to recover quickly. They have a corner down the right which is cleared. Cook loops a long ball back into the area for Aké but Leno is alert to the danger.
J. Lerma
Own Goal
AFC Bournemouth
30' GOAL! 1-0 Arsenal! A calamitous own goal by Lerma. Kolasinac gets free down the left and cuts the ball back. Bournemouth's Colombian midfielder sticks out a foot and pokes it powerfully past Begovic from 15 yards out. The Gunners have the lead!
28' There's a bit of a lull in play. Despite Bournemouth's positional dominance Arsenal have had seven shots to the home side's two so far.
26' Fraser takes the free-kick, but the referee asks for a retake when Arsenal are too keen to close it down. Emery is furious down the touchline. It’s taken again. This time Fraser forces a diving save from Leno! Bournemouth's corner comes to nothing.
S. Papastathopoulos
Yellow Card
Arsenal
25' Bournemouth escape Arsenal's press and King wriggles free down the left. He's wrestled down by Sokratis on the edge of the box. A yellow card is brandished for the Greek. Bournemouth free-kick.
23' Another Arsenal corner - this is a decent spell of pressure for the Gunners. This time Bellerin is offside.
22' Kolasinac's cross from the left is tipped over the bar by Begovic after it threatens to drop into the net at the far post. Arsenal corner. Aubameyang blazes over after he chests the ball down at the far post.
20' Iwobi forces Begovic to drop low for a routine save after Kolasinac holds off Gosling. The possession stats so far are almost exactly 50/50.
19' Arsenal go on a rare foray forward. Xhaka's pass aimed for Kolasinac on the overlap finds absolutely no one. The Gunners still have the ball though.
18' Wilson races into Arsenal's area in an attempt to catch a loose ball but can't reach it. From the replays, it looks like Brooks was onside when he scored earlier. Arsenal have got lucky there.
16' Wilson tests Leno in goal with a tame header. Positionally, Bournemouth are clearly in charge of this game in the early stages. They need to score while they're on top.
15' King takes down a Cook long pass beautifully. He passes inside but Torreira cuts out the danger. Arsenal promptly lose the ball again and Bournemouth are back on the attack. Daniels whips in a cross after a one-two with Fraser.
14' Fraser gets up quickly, bursting down the left. He's fended off by Sokratis. Shortly after, Wilson wins Bournemouth a corner down their right.
12' A sliding challenge from Mustafi on Fraser takes out Ake's pass as well as the player. Play initially continues until Pawson brings it back. No card. The crowd aren't impressed.
11' King teases Mustafi down the left channel, whipping in a cross from the goalline that Arsenal manage to boot clear. Bournemouth are well up for this.
9' Now Torreira hits the post! The Uruguayan's curling shot bounces off Begovic's right-hand upright. This has been a lively start.
8' Goal Bournemouth! Oh wait, no! Francis goes on a mazy run from full back, surging towards Arsenal's penalty area. Bournemouth put a few tidy passes together and Brooks taps the ball into an empty net, but the midfielder's offside. A warning for Arsenal.
6' The two sides tussle in midfield, trying to keep hold of the ball long enough to create something. Bournemouth make headway down their right - Francis tries to beat Kolasinac near the corner flag but can only kick the ball out for a goal-kick.
4' Bournemouth are a pleasant side to watch - they keep the ball low and their passes short. Aubameyang is next to find himself offside from Kolasinac's pass.
3' King is sent through down the right and hangs up a cross aimed for Wilson in the six yard box, but the Norwegian is offside.
2' Mkhitaryan has a pop from outside the area that's blocked. Bournemouth win the ball back and look to settle into the game, passing it around in midfield.
1' Wilson gets the ball deep and tries to burst away from the Arsenal defence but he's muscled out by Sokratis. It's a hectic start to the game.
1' The referee Craig Pawson gets this one underway!
The two teams are heading out onto the Vitality Stadium pitch. Bournemouth are wearing their iconic red and black stripes, while Arsenal will play in their suitably seasonal mint green away kit.
Arsenal have reason to be cautious against Bournemouth - Bournemouth beat Arsenal 2-1 in their last league meeting in January and Wilson has scored on all three of his Premier League appearances against the Gunners. Despite that, Arsenal have never failed to score against the Cherries and have a formidable bench - they've scored more goals via substitutes than anyone else this season. This game could be a lot of fun.
Howe names a bold Bournemouth XI with fresh English debutant Wilson partnered with the Norwegian international King up front. Emery pays his hosts respect by switching to a back three with Aubameyang leading the front line for the Gunners. Ramsey and Ozil only make the bench.
SUBS: Petr Cech, Matteo Guendouzi, Mohamed Elneny, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Özil, Eddie Nketiah.
ARSENAL (3-4-3): Bernd Leno; Rob Holding, Shkodran Mustafi, Sokratis; Hector Bellerin, Granit Xhaka (c), Lucas Torreira, Sead Kolasinac; Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Alex Iwobi, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
SUBS: Artur Boruc, Tyrone Mings, Andrew Surman, Lewis Cook, Lys Mousset, Junior Stanislas, Jermain Defoe.
BOURNEMOUTH (4-4-2): Asmir Begovic; Simon Francis, Nathan Aké, Steve Cook, Charlie Daniels;  David Brooks, Dan Gosling, Jefferson Lerma, Ryan Fraser; Joshua King, Callum Wilson.
Bournemouth won't be obliging hosts though. The Cherries have had a strong start to the season themselves, leaving them just outside the European places, and Eddie Howe's attractive side have only lost once at home so far this season. If they beat Arsenal today, Bournemouth might start getting ideas of emulating Burnley's run to seventh last season.
Arsenal will be looking to regain momentum in the Premier League. After being held to draws at home by Liverpool and Wolves before the international break, the Gunners' great run of form this autumn fizzled out, leaving them in fifth outside the Champions League spots. Unai Emery will want his side to show that they can stay in touch with the chasing pack, given Tottenham's 3-1 victory over Chelsea yesterday.
Hello and welcome to our live commentary of today's Premier League match between Bournemouth and Arsenal at the Vitality Stadium.
