Chelsea eye €30m Dilane Bakwa who is thriving at sister club Strasbourg but Blues face serious competition from Eintracht Frankfurt this summer

Fussball Transfers claim that Chelsea are 'keeping an eye' on the 22-year-old, who is at the Blues' sister club Strasbourg. Incidentally, both teams are part of the BlueCo group.

However, Enzo Maresca's team are said to face competition from Eintracht Frankfurt for the ex-Bordeaux man - who is valued at €30m (£26m) by the French side. Chelsea's close relationship with Strasbourg could reportedly help them get their man, too.

Bakwa, whose contract runs until 2027, has scored eight goals and bagged eight assists in 25 appearances in all competitions this season.

Aside from transfer speculation, Bakwa could feature for Strasbourg, who sit fourth in Ligue 1, at home to Nice on Saturday in the league.
