As the title suggests, Arsene Wenger: Invincible is a film portrait of former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, with particular focus placed on the famous 'Invincibles' season of 2003-04.
According to the official website, the documentary "sees Wenger reflect candidly on his revolutionary era at Arsenal and the emotional and personal turmoil that surrounded his controversial exit after 22 years."
As well as Wenger, the documentary includes testimony from Sir Alex Ferguson, the legendary Manchester United manager who served as Wenger's chief antagonist, and a number of Wenger's key players.
Wenger was something of an unknown quantity in England when he took the reins at Highbury in 1996, but his coaching methods and recruitment helped to revolutionise the Premier League.
Arsene Wenger: Invincible examines the attributes which marked Wenger out as unique and the philosophy he continues to project into the game.
The film, which follows football documentaries such as Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In and the Amazon 'All or Nothing' series, is the result of a collaboration between Noah Media and Federation Entertainment.
The initial release of Arsene Wenger: Invincible is November 11, 2021 with a screening taking place at Picturehouse Cinemas in Finsbury Park and Hackney.
It will be available to stream or buy on DVD from November 22, 2021 on a variety of platforms.
If you wish to watch the November 11 cinema screening of the Arsene Wenger: Invincible documentary, tickets can be purchased via the Picturehouse website.
