That's all from us this evening, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Atletico gain a huge advantage with a 4-1 away victory over Copenhagen, they will be very confident of securing their passage into the next round of the Europa League. Griezmann and Vitolo adding goals in the second half to wrap up the win, in a dominant performance.
FULL-TIME: COPENHAGEN 1-4 ATLETICO
90' + 2'
That's the full-time whistle!
There will be a minimum of two minutes of added time played here.
Atlético have lost their concentration and have given away too many sloppy passes in the last few minutes which is handing possession to FCK in good positions. The last thing they want is the crowd given hope with a late goal and a frantic finish.
We have a brief stoppage in play here as Sotiriou and Moya clash heads in the box after competing for a cross. Both players look fine to continue.
The Spanish side have had plenty of opportunities throughout this game and they finally started to take them in the second half, really opening the hosts up and they haven't been able to cope with it.
OFF THE POST! So close for the hosts, they strike the woodwork! Pavlović rises highest at a corner and directs his header towards goal, but it strikes the outside of the post and bounces around, before Atletico manage to clear the danger.
Not long to go here in Denmark, can Copenhagen pull one back and make this an interesting final few minutes?
Atletico make their third and final change of the evening, with Koke being replaced by Gabi.
It was excellent play by Thomas to close down the clearance so late in the game, the ball the fell perfectly for his teammate who showed his quality with the finish.
GOOOAAALLL! IT’S FOUR! Vitolo with strike to make it 4-1 to the visitors. Partey charges down a clearance and the ball breaks for Vitolo in the penalty area, who shows quick feet to make space and score with a low shot. Olsen may have been able to do better to prevent the goal, the striker’s effort appeared to bounce under the keeper.
As we enter the final 15 minutes of the game, Atletico are well and truly in control of this game, it will be a massive ask for Copenhagen to go to Madrid and turn this game around now.
Final change by the home side, with Robert Skov being replaced by Pierre Bengtsson.
Copenhagen respond to the goal by making another substitution, with their goalscorer Viktor Fischer coming off and he is replaced by Andrija Pavlović.
GOOOAAALLL ATLETICO! Griezmann finally has his goal after failing to convert a few chances in the first half. The striker was played through on goal after Carrasco's pass splits the home defence. The Frenchman had to go slightly wide, but he got to the ball before the on-rushing Olsen and managed to fire it underneath the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.
Here comes another Atletico change, with the second goalscorer Kevin Gameiro coming off and he has been placed by Vitolo.
Thomas tricks his way into the Copenhagen final third, he almost gets into the penalty area, but he is abruptly stopped right on the edge of the area. That was very close to being in the box and being a penalty. Griezmann takes the free-kick, playing it short to Carrasco, but his shot is dragged wide.
CLOSE! Carrasco ripples the net with his low effort from the edge of the penalty area, it had Olsen scrambling across his goal as it wasn't far wide at all. More Atletico chances!
Copenhagen make their first change of the evening, with Falk being replaced by Santander for the final half an hour of the game.
It looks like Simeone is looking to extend his side's lead here by bringing Carrasco on, the Belgian will be able to hurt the hosts with his lightning pace down the wing.
Atletico make the first substitution of the game, with Ángel Martín Correa heading off the pitch and he has been placed by Yannick Carrasco.
The hosts are playing some good football, but are lacking the final ball and finish when they get into the final third. They are getting into good positions but need that final key component to click into place.
CLOSE! Gameiro fires a powerful effort at goal from the edge of the area, he worked the space well and then fired the shot at goal, which looked to be heading into the top right-hand corner, but it didn't have enough dip on it and it landed on the top of the net.
Atletico look pretty comfortable at the moment, they are playing the ball around the pitch well and forcing Copenhagen to sit deep inside their own half. Another away goal here would hand Copenhagen the very difficult task of having to beat the Spanish side on their own patch by a few goals.
This season is the sixth time Copenhagen have made it out of the group in a UEFA competition. They have only reach the round of 16 once - last year when they beat Ludogorets 2-1 on aggregate. Their European journey was then ended by Ajax in the next round.
Good save! Atletico get off to a similarly quick start to the second half as in the first, with Correa firing a low shot from a tight angle, which forces Olsen to get down quickly and make the stop.
The second half is underway!
The hosts took the lead early on against the run of play, after a number of early Atletico chances which they couldn't convert and they were punished by Fischer at the other end. However, it was only a matter of minutes before Koke equalised for the visitors, before Gameiro finished off a fine Atletico move to put the Spanish side in front.
HALF-TIME: COPENHAGEN 1-2 ATLETICO
That's the half-time whistle!
Correa is shown the second yellow card of the game for kicking the ball away.
CHANCE ATLETICO! Now the visitors break on the counter-attack! Griezmann sliding a pass through to set Gameiro running in on goal, he only has the keeper to beat, but he checks back inside to switch the ball onto his favoured foot, but in doing this he scuffs his shot and Olsen gratefully gathers the ball.
The hosts still look dangerous on the break, as Boilesen's shot is half-blocked but breaks for Sotiriou, in space on the edge of the area. The shot lacks power and direction, which allows the Atlético goalkeeper to make a comfortable save.
Lucas combined brilliantly with Griezmann before feeding countryman Gameiro, who makes no mistake with the finish.
GOOOAAALLL! ATLETICO LEAD! Gameiro puts the finishing touch on a superb attacking move by Atletico, it was a wonderful team goal. It was terrific play between Griezmann and Lucas down the left-wing, the one-two set Lucas away in the penalty area, he then played a ball to Gameiro who was unmarked in the box. The striker opening his body and placing the ball into the bottom corner.
Good effort! Sotiriou forces Moya into action in the Atletico goal with an effort from the edge of the box. That was much better from the hosts, they had a good period of sustained possession in the Atletico half, before carving open that shooting chance.
STAT: These two sides have met once before, when playing under the old format of this competition back in 2007. On that occasion, Atletico won by two goals to nil.
The game seems to have settled down slightly now after such a hectic start to the game. Atlético enjoying the majority of possession, but they will now certainly be cautious of another lethal Copenhagen counter-attack. The score is level midway through the half.
Griezmann steps up to take the free-kick, but his curling left-footed effort is well blocked by the Copenhagen wall and goes out for a corner. The resulting corner taken by Koke comes to nothing.
Atletico have a free-kick in an excellent shooting position, around 25 yards out from goal in a central position. Luftner with the late challenge on Gameiro.
Moya has started in the Atletico goal tonight, as their number one goalkeeper, Jan Oblak is suffering from the flu and he was not risked for this game. The Atletico keeper hasn't had much to do this evening, apart from pick the ball out of his net, but other than the goal scored, Copenhagen haven't troubled him.
STAT: Prior to tonight's game, Diego Simeone’s side came here in a rich vein of form having won each of their last three games without conceding.
Skov is shown the first yellow card of the evening, for a late foul on Lucas.
Griezmann makes up for his missed opportunities with an assist for Saul. The Frenchman took a short corner, linked up well with his teammates on the right and then looked up and picked out Saul perfectly who made no mistakes with the header.
GOOOAAAALLL! ATLETICO EQUALISE! It doesn’t take long for the visitors to pull level as Saul heads home a wonderful cross into the box by Griezmann. It was poor defending by Copenhagen who didn’t read the short corner and then lost their men when the ball eventually came into the area, leaving Saul an open goal to aim at.
The goal came against the run of play, with Atletico well on top and having more of the chances, but they didn't take them. Griezmann had three good chances to open the scoring prior to the goal, but he was unable to convert and they have been punished on the counter-attack.
Ankersen's shot looked to be heading on target, but Fischer showed excellent skill to flick it into the back of the net from just a couple of yards out.
GOOOAAALLL! COPENHAGEN LEAD! After all the Atletico chances to score so far, it is the hosts who have taken the lead here! Boilesen breaks down the left at pace and pulls a cross back that evades everyone in the box, but Ankersen picks it up and fires a low shot towards goal and Fischer is there to flick in from close range! Moya had no chance of stopping that.
HE SHOULD'VE SCORED! Griezmann with a superb chance to open the scoring! Luftner was too slow on the ball and Griezmann closed him down quickly and nicked the ball off his toes on the edge of the area. The striker then only had the keeper to beat from 12 yards out, but Olsen pulled off a terrific save to prevent a goal. Atletico really should be in the lead now.
Copenhagen are starting to sit deeper and deeper here, inviting Atletico onto them, so it will be up to the likes of Koke and Saul to pull the strings in midfield and open up this strong defence tonight. We've already seen a couple of good Atletico chances here.
CHANCE ATLETICO! Griezmann with another early opportunity here to open the scoring. Koke did well down the right wing, then pulled the ball back to Griezmann on the edge of the area who tried to curl his effort into the bottom corner of the net. However, it narrowly bends just past the Copehagen goal, with Olsen stood helpless on his line. Very close!
The atmosphere is electric here inside the Parken Stadium, the home supporters are well and truly making their voices heard and getting behind their team.
The key man for Atletico is once again Antoine Griezmann, who has scored five goals in his last five games. Having made the difference in a 1-0 victory last time out in La Liga, Copenhagen have their work cut out to stop the French striker over two legs.
CLOSE! An early chance for the visitors; Griezmann with a low effort at goal which is well saved by the feet of Olsen. Atlético have made a positive start here, they are dominating the possession and already showing huge attacking intent.

Having kept six clean sheets in their last ten on the road, the visitors will be confident of another tight defensive display this evening.
Copenhagen finished their winter break on February 4th, with a home defeat to Brondby. However, Stale Solbakken's men returned to winning ways with a 5-1 thumping of Randers in the Superliga at the weekend. Meanwhile Los Rojiblancos, seem to be the only genuine title contender for Barcelona in La Liga, they sit second in table, seven points behind the league leaders.
Copenhagen failed to top their Europa League group, giving them this tough draw against Atletico, but they are always strong at home. The hosts were unbeaten in the group stages at home and did not concede a goal in their three games at Parken Stadium.
