<p>Marmoush has been in excellent form for Frankfurt this season, continuing his bright start by scoring once and assisting twice as they demolished Bochum. Saturday's goals put him level with Bayern striker Kane's output of 16 goals and assists across the first nine games. Marmoush's electric form has attracted attention from Liverpool, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/mo-salah-replacement-omar-marmoush-liverpool-eur60m-arne-slot/blt2cfea2510e5a019f" target="_blank">who reportedly see him as a possible replacement for fellow Egypt hero Mohamed Salah</a>.</p>

WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>In nine Bundesliga games this season, Marmoush has been unstoppable, registering 10 goals and six assists. However, Kane has had a similarly hot start to the season, scoring 11 and assisting five more. <p>Marmoush has scored more than twice as many goals as any of his team-mates in the Bundesliga and has provided by far more assists than anyone else, too. His performances have been crucial in lifting his side to third place in the table.</p>
