The Kenyan Premier League match pitting hosts Ulinzi Stars against Mathare United will be live on three Free to Air channels.

The matches, to be staged at Afraha Stadium on Saturday, will be live on KBC Channel One, KTN and NTV.

“We want to ensure many Kenyans watch the league on as many Free to Air channels as possible for a start.

"Once we popularize it to the Kenyan masses, we will package the product and sell it to the most suitable Free To Air Channel on an exclusive basis,” said  Elly Kalekwa, KPL Vice Chairman and Chairman in charge of Marketing and Sponsorship Committee.

The current arrangement with the FTAs is on a non-exclusive basis with KPL saying that exclusivity will only be granted to the channel that officially buys the rights.

Mathare United won their last game against Vihiga United while Ulinzi Stars lost to Sony Sugar by a solitary goal away in Awendo.
