Bloemfontein Celtic will be looking to use their home ground advantage when the take on SuperSport United at the Dr Molemela Stadium for the Nedbank Cup Last 32 on Sunday.
Going into this 11th edition, Matsatsantsa boast three Nedbank Cup titles since the sponsors took over in 2008.
Their first feel of this prestigious trophy was in 2012 when they beat Mamelodi Sundowns 2- 0 at the Orlando Stadium.
United won trophy again in 2016, before defending their title in 2017 under the guidance of former coach Stuart Baxter.
Celtic on the other hand, will be hoping for redemption as their performance has been poor in recent weeks.
They lost three games in their last six league matches, going down 4-0 to Maritzburg United, 1-0 to Bidvest Wits and 4-2 to SuperSport United.
Veselin Jelusic's men have never laid their hands on the Nedbank Cup trophy before, but they have a formidable squad capable of stopping Matsatsantsa.
Celtic will pin their hopes on the likes of Ndumiso Mabena and Lucky Baloyi, while Patrick Tignyemb will also be expected to keep things nice and tight at the back.
However, their defence will need to always be on alert, especially with Evans Rusike and Mogakolodi Ngele seemingly finding their feet at United.
Mariveni FC vs EC Bees at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium
Mariveni United will be appearing in the Nedbank Cup Last 32 for the second year in a row. They put in a brave performance before being sent packing by Mamelodi Sundowns in the previous edition.
The side campaigns in the Limpopo SAB Regional League, the fourth tier of South African football, but have shown they have plenty of hunger in reaching this stage of the competition.
Mariveni is once again coached by Zimbabwean mentor Tapfumaneyi Dodo, who has been a mainstay of the team, and they have a settled squad with many of their players from the 2017 Nedbank Cup Last 32 still at the club.
EC Bees are competing in the ABC Motsepe League. This is also their second appearance in this compention. In 2017, they were knocked out by Orlando Pirates at Sisa Dukashe Stadium.
They will bank on their some of their experienced players, who featured against the Buccaneers last year to steer them past Mariveni.
Happy Wanderers vs Royal Eagles
Happy Wanderers will be making their debut in the Nedbank Cup Last 32 when they host National First Division side Royal Eagles at the Sugar Ray Stadium, but the ambitious KwaZulu-Natal SAB Regional League side believes this is just the beginning of good things to come for them.
The team was only formed in 2014 by owner Phumlani Ndwandwe as a way for young players in Margate, South of KwaZul Natal, to showcase their talent.
It was formed from scratch and Ndwandwe initially acted as owner/coach, guiding the side into the SAB Regional League.
Wanderers are coached by former South African U23 mentor Kenny Ndlazi, whose experience will be key in ensuring that they match Royal Eagles pound for pound on the day.
Royal Eagles will be led by their newly appointed coach Rodger Sikhakhane, who recently joined them following the sacking of Kostadin Papic and Vladislav Heric.
In 2017, Royal Eagles were knocked out in the first round by SuperSport United. They are currently 14th on the NFD log after 20 league games.
