Sofapaka President Elly Kalekwa has told new coach Melis Medo has to perform or risk going home.
The immediate former Nakumatt head coach was appointed to steer Batoto ba Mungu in the 2018/19 season after helping the shoppers retain their status in the top tier.
Kalekwa says there are priorities and the coach is already aware of that. "We are a big club, meaning we should be competing for the title; Medo is an experienced coach, who can help us achieve that.
"We want to go for the league, it is our main target. Once we get that, we will be okay. The Shield is also our priority because we believe we have what it takes to compete in all fronts.
"Next season will be bigger and better for us, and we want to prove that ion the pitch."
