San Lorenzo wear swapped Chapecoense jerseys

San Lorenzo honoured Chapecoense by wearing the Brazilian side's jerseys as they entered the field for their match with Olimpo.

The Argentine club played Chapecoense in the semi-final of the Copa Sudamericana, losing on away goals after a 1-1 aggregate draw.

After the second leg, the teams exchanged shirts, and as a mark of respect to the 71 people killed in a plane crash as Chapecoense travelled to the final in Colombia, San Lorenzo wore them in tribute.

The San Lorenzo players came through the tunnel for their Primera Division clash against Olimpo, and received a standing ovation at Estadio Roberto Natalio Carminatti.

In addition, San Lorenzo also wore specially-made jerseys for the match, which included a Chapecoense crest and ribbon, in order to further pay their respects.
