Tusker FC head coach Robert Matano says the referee is partly to blame for the brewers’ loss on Sunday.
After a good run of three successive wins, the eleven-time league champions were humbled by Kariobangi Sharks after falling 2-1 at home.
The former AFC Leopards tactician has already rubbed the dust, aiming at doing better in the team's next assignment.
“My team fought harder after going down, they showed a good spirit and it was unfortunate that we could not get something from the match. The referee was also not on our side, there are many factors that went against us and it contributed on the final result.
“Time to look forward and ensure we recover from the defeat by getting a positive result,” Matano told Goal on Monday.
