Postponed Gor Mahia and Ulinzi Stars fixture gets a new date

With the postponement, Ulinzi Stars featured in just three matches in the month

The rescheduled Kenyan Premier League match between Gor Mahia and Ulinzi Stars have been reset to June 23rd.

The round of 15 matches, that was supposed to be played on Sunday 13th May at Afraha Stadium, was postponed to allow Gor Mahia honour a friendly game against Hull City.

The clash will now be staged at the Afraha Stadium, starting 3.00pm, as per the new fixture.

With the postponement, Ulinzi Stars featured in just three matches in the month.

Ulinzi have managed eight wins from the 16 played, four draws and four losses.

Ulinzi will take on Transmillan FC in the FKF Shield opener, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 2 at Kenyatta Stadium in Kitale.

The match will be the second of a doubleheader, starting at 3.15pm with the first match pitting Transfoc FC against Eldoret Youth scheduled for 1.00 pm.
