Posta Rangers Dennis Mukaisi made a return to the mailmen’s starting squad against Zoo Kericho in their unfortunate 1-0 defeat last weekend.

Mukaisi has been out for more than three months after sustaining an Achilles injury that saw him miss the better part of opening ten games. Head coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo is happy with the return of the experienced striker, who he sees as a new blood to the team.

“Mukaisi is an experienced player, we are all aware of that, and his absence really affected us. But we are happy to have him back; he has fully recovered though he is not 100% fit as compared to the rest of the team. One thing for sure is that he is like a new signing to us.

“We will need him in the striking department, and that is going to be a big boost to us considering how we have been struggling to score,” Omollo told Goal on Friday.

High flying Mathare United will be the next opponent for the mailmen in their next league outing.
