Nigeria U17 women team will face Nigeria Women Premier League side Confluence Queens in a tune-up friendly at the Area 3 pitch on Friday.
Bala Nikyu's side are walking on a tight rope ahead of the crucial final round, second leg clash with Cameroon in Yaounde after a first leg 2-2 draw in Benin City.
And Nikyu is optimistic the encounter with the Kogi girls in Abuja will help them shape up and adequately assess themselves ahead of their trip to Cameroon next week.
"We plan to play Confluence Queens on Friday in Abuja. We are happy with this type of friendly and hope to make the very best of it," Nikyu told Goal.
"We also hope to get some more quality friendlies to assess ourselves. I have no trouble in my mind because no hope is lost. We have played Cameroon and have nothing to fear anymore.
"We will be better prepared to win. I strongly believe the current players we have will surely help us qualify for the World Cup."
Nikyu and his Flamingos need a win or a 3-3 draw at the Ahmaduo Ahijdo Stadium to qualify for their sixth Fifa U20 Women's World Cup in Uruguay later this year.
