Nigeria's U17 women team will leave for Benin City on Wednesday ahead of Saturday's 2017 Fifa U17 Women's World Cup qualifier clash against Ethiopia.

The Nigerian side were earlier expected to depart the Federal Capital Territory on Sunday but failed to do due to logistic reasons.

However, the reverse fixture against their visitors will hold at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on December 16 and scheduled to kick off by 3pm. ‎ ‎

Nikyu's side will be hoping to avoid a home slip in Benin City as the winner of the encounter on aggregate will proceed to the final stage to face either Cameroon or Algeria.
