Liverpool team news: Karius and Mane start against Leicester City

Jurgen Klopp has made five changes to his starting XI for the final game of 2017 with the Reds next fixture in just 48 hours

Loris Karius gets his third Premier League start of the season with Sadio Mane also returning in Liverpool’s hosting of Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.

The German replaces Simon Mignolet in goal, with the speedster switching in for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Those are two of five changes Jurgen Klopp has made to the starting XI with a trip to Burnley to come on Monday.

Dejan Lovren comes in for Ragnar Klavan at the heart of defence, Joe Gomez is at right-back with Trent Alexander-Arnold moving to the bench and James Milner replaces Gini Wijnaldum in the centre of the park.
