Kewell 'can't wait' for Crawley Town pre-season
Harry Kewell has summed up what his new charges at Crawley Town can expect from pre-season into just two words - "hard work".
The ex-Socceroos forward was appointed Crawley's new manager in May after almost two years in charge of Watford's Under 21 side.

The 2017-18 League Two campaign will be Kewell's first in charge of a senior men's team, and the 38-year-old can't wait for pre-season to begin at the end of the month.
Crawley finished 19th in England's 24-team fourth tier last term.
"They're a good bunch of lads from what I've seen," Kewell said.
"I think the quality's there but one thing I prided myself on [during my career] was hard work, and I enjoy hard work.
"I enjoy the benefits of hard work and that's what I'll be explaining to them is 'nothing is easy in this life. You've got to work for it.' So, yet again, they'll be working hard."

The Australian added: "I can't wait for pre-season.
"I am looking forward to working with the guys, getting to know them and hopefully helping them to become better players, which can only be good for the club's future progress.
"If they are brave and want to play, if they show passion and desire for the club then we will get along fine and I don't see any reason why that won't happen."
Kewell spent 13 years playing in the Premier League for Leeds United and Liverpool, while the former winger also made 56 appearances for the Socceroos and scored 17 goals in a career that saw him play at two World Cups.
Before taking the job at Crawley, it was widely reported Kewell had applied to replace Mark Jones at Newcastle Jets only for the A-League club to choose Ernie Merrick.
