Kenneth Omeruo is thrilled with Kasimpasa’s 2-1 win over Galatasaray in Sunday’s Super Lig encounter.
The 24-year-old was on parade for the full duration of the match as Kemal Ozdes’ men secured their sixth top-flight home win this season.
Garry Rodrigues’ 37th-minute goal was cancelled out by Mbaye Diagne’s strike just before the break and Bengali-Fode Koita notched the match-winning goal with ten minutes left to play.
The Chelsea loanee who made his 17th appearance in the outing then took to the social media to share his joy.
“What a game! Great victory for us. Kasimpasa 2-1 Galatasaray. Good team spirit,” Omeruo wrote on Instagram.
The win takes Kasimpasa to the ninth spot in the log having garnered 29 points from 22 games.
The defender who has helped the Apaches keep three clean sheets this season will be looking to help the side continue with this impressive form when they make a trip to Kadir Has Şehir Stadı to confront Kayserispor in their next league game on February 24.
