The Soweto giants are out to erase their MTN8 exit and will face the Citizens in their own backyard on Saturday afternoon as they resume their Premier Soccer League (PSL) campaign, and the duo's availability for selection comes as a huge boost.
For the first time, Manyama will face off against his former teammates as he hopes to make an immediate impact for coach Giovanni Solinas' men.
Manyama joined Chiefs during the recent transfer window after a season in Turkey with Konyaspor, a move which failed to see the Bafana Bafana star flourishing in Europe.
The Alexandra-born former City skipper was expected to rejoin this season's MTN8 finalists and his debut is set to be an emotional one based on his relationship with the club and chairman John Comitis.

On the other hand, the Madagascan international completed his switch to the Naturena-based club ahead of Manyama, but his move appeared to be uncertain as his club, Fosa Juniors battled Amakhosi for his signature as they claimed that he belonged to them.
His fate had to eventually be decided this week following Fifa's intervention who cleared the midfielder to join the Soweto giants and he is now available to don the famous gold and black shirt and launch his PSL career.
However, the duo's introduction comes at a crucial moment as Chiefs are desperate for their first league win as they enter the sixth round of PSL matches with no victory.
In addition, Chiefs are hoping to end their three-year trophy drought which they endured under ex-coach Steve Komphela, and with the likes of Manyama, 'Dax', Khama Billiat, Leonardo Castro and Siphelele Ntshangase, they will hope to return to winning ways.
The match against the Citizens will be staged at the iconic Cape Town Stadium at 15:00.
