The Sai Masu Gida has revealed the 24-year-old forward is back in Kano after his botched move to Europe

Junior Lokosa is back with Nigerian Professional Football League side Kano Pillars after his botched trails with Norwegian side Brann.

The Nigerian topflight highest scorer, with 19 goals had been away for three weeks in Norway for a possible transfer to the Norwegian topflight outfit, but his latest move failed to go through.

It is the second trip abroad in the space of three months of the former First Bank striker since his initial botched trail with Ludogorets in Bulgaria in May.

On Tuesday, the Sai Masu Gida’s media officer Idris Malikawa confirmed that the 24-year-old has returned to the training in Kano and is focused on helping the club to reclaim the league diadem.

“Junior Lokosa has joined the team's training today (Tuesday) in the morning at Sani Abacha Stadium, Kano,” Malikawa told media.

“Lokosa was in SK Brann Fc of Norway with the aim to join the team but the deal was not successful. I'm back and waiting the God's time to play professional football outside Nigeria.”
