Gor Mahia warns Tanzanian giants Yanga to keep off their players

Kenyan Premier League champions Gor Mahia have blasted Yanga’s interest in the signing of their key players.

The players are top Rwandan strikers Meddie Kagere and Jacques Tuyisenge together with Kenyan speedy winger George ‘Blackberry’ Odhiambo.

Record Tanzania league championd Young Africans are courting the Gor Mahia trio in attempts to acquire their services in this transfer window.

K’Ogalo CEO Omondi Aduda says Yanga is not real it their attempts and no player will leave Gor Mahia.

“We are not releasing any player; I assure you that no player will be leaving. We have a very busy schedule, and if they insist we can talk after the Caf Confederation Cup,” Aduda told Goal.

Aduda further revealed that Yanga have not made any official communication concerning the mentioned players. Yanga will indeed have a tough task in landing the players which means they may as well break the bank to get their services.

George Odhiambo has an active contract running until the end of 2019 same with Tuyisenge. Both signed new two year contracts at the beginning of 2018.

More so, Kagere is on the verge of signing a new two year deal with Gor Mahia.
