Only five foreign players joined Kenyan Premier League in the mid-season transfer window that closed on Monday.
Out of the five, Alex Orotomal is the only non-East African to have joined the Kenyan domestic league. The Nigerian striker joined AFC Leopards from Sunrise of Rwanda.
Gor Mahia, however, lost Meddie Kagere to Tanzanian ginats Simba SC. Kagere is among the two players, who moved from KPL to other leagues alongside former Bandari forward Anthony Wambani, who joined Swedish club Vasalunds IF.
