New Tusker midfielder Faraj Ominde has vowed to win the hearts of Harambee Stars technical bench for a call up.
Ominde signed for the brewers from Chemelil Sugar on a three-year contract and will be used to provide competition in the midfield. He is effective in both defence and attack and becomes Tusker’s second signing after David Juma.
Upon signing for Tusker FC, Faraj said, “It’s exciting! It’s a team that I have always wanted to join so to have the opportunity to be part of that is so awesome.
“First I want to help build on what is already a really strong midfielders group and help them continue succeeding in the department. I have trained with the team for one week and I already feel welcomed.
“I am really hoping to gain lots of experience from the experienced players I have found, so that when my time comes I am also called up to harambee stars and play for my country too.”
Tusker’s next match is a Kenyan Premier League clash against Wazito Fc at home in Ruaraka on Sunday 17th June.
