Kenyan forward Ayub Timbe scored his sixth goal in eight appearances when he helped Beijing Renhe cruise to a 3-1 victory over Shanghai Shenhua on Sunday.
Timbe has been cruising on a good run of form since his recall from a loan spell two months ago.
The pacy forward provided two assists before he inked his name on the score sheet to help Renhe take their unbeaten run to five games.
Timbe completed the job for Renhe when he buried the victors’ third goal to add to a brace by Senegalese Makhete Diop.
Diop gave Renhe the lead in the 11th minute only to complete his brace in the 27th before handing over the scoring boots to Timbe in the 39th minute.
The victory pushed Renhe to sixth on the log with 27 points.
