Brendan Rodgers's side were held to a 1-1 draw in the first leg of their third qualifying round tie against the Greek champions last week, meaning they need to score at least once at Athens Olympic Stadium in order to go through to the next round.
Things got off to the perfect start for the Bhoys at Celtic Park in the first leg as Callum McGregor put them ahead after just 17 minutes, but Viktor Klonaridis secured what could be a crucial away goal for AEK.

Celtic face a difficult task against AEK Athens on Tuesday as they attempt to keep their ambitions of reaching the Champions League group stage alive.
The Bhoys followed up their home draw against AEK last week with a disappointing league defeat to Hearts and, while Rodgers made five changes for that game at the weekend, the squad as a whole must now raise their performance levels as they get ready to return to continental action.
"It’s a massive opportunity for us to go and put in a good performance and try to get through to the next round," goalkeeper Craig Gordon told the club's official website. "We are slightly behind in the tie so we have to go there and be very positive and we’ve definitely got the players and the team capable of going there and winning the game.
"That’s what we’ve got to concentrate on now. We have to recover from the game on Saturday but now all the focus is on trying to get through to the next round."
Defeat would not spell an end to their European odyssey, however, with the losers of Tuesday's game entering the Europa League play-off round, but Celtic will naturally be aiming to book their place in the final Champions League qualifying round - where either Malmo or MOL Vidi will be waiting
