Norwich are back in action after the international break at home to Arsenal on September 11. Leicester host Manchester City in their next Premier League contest on the same day.
Leicester City get back to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Norwich City at Carrow Road. Jamie Vardy put the visitors ahead with a clinical finish following a mistake by Brandon Williams. The Canaries levelled the scores before the break as referee Robert Jones awarded a penalty after a VAR check on a foul by Caglar Soyuncu on Pierre Lees-Melou. Teemu Pukki converted the spot-kick to notch Norwich's first goal of the season. Marc Albrighton put the Foxes back ahead in the second half with a crisp effort from 20 yards. The hosts believed that they had levelled for a second time when Kenny McLean headed home, but he was denied after VAR adjudged that Todd Cantwell was in an offside position obscuring the view of Kasper Schmeichel. The visitors held on for the remaining minutes to close out the win.
90' + 6' WIDE! Aarons bursts down the right flank and fires a low ball into the middle. Idah gets just ahead of Soyuncu, but he can only steer his right-footed strike wide of the right post.
90' + 5' Leicester clear their lines, but the Canaries get a second chance as Krul comes up from the back. He challenges Schmeichel for Rashica's cross, but the Foxes keeper punches it away.
90' + 4' Cantwell battles with Albrighton and wins a corner for the Canaries in the closing stages.
90' + 3' MISS! Leicester go for the kill on the counter, but Iheanacho fluffs his lines. Vardy releases Dewsbury-Hall in space down the left flank before the midfielder sends a cutback to the far post. Iheanacho has space and time, but misses his kick. The Nigerian gets a second chance before scuffing his effort wide of the left post.
90' There will be five minutes of added time.
88' Norwich have the chance to pile men forward from a corner on the left flank. However, Soyuncu rises highest in the box to clear the danger before Cantwell fouls Dewsbury-Hall to ease the pressure on the Foxes.
K. Dewsbury-Hall
J. Maddison
86' Maddison is withdrawn for the visitors and is replaced by Dewsbury-Hall in the middle of the park.
84' BLOCK AND WIDE! The Canaries press into the final third and Aarons lines up a drive. He sees his effort blocked by Thomas before Rupp has a shot that is deflected behind for a corner.
T. Cantwell
Yellow Card
82' Cantwell goes into the book for dissent over a decision regarding a throw-in, although it may have been a bit of frustration regarding the disallowed goal.
81' VAR! DISALLOWED GOAL! Norwich believe they are level as McLean powers home a header from a corner on the left flank. Schmeichel races to the referee and is convinced that Cantwell is in an offside position obscuring his view. VAR checks and spots that the midfielder is right in front of the keeper in an offside position as McLean heads into the net. A cruel blow for the Canaries.
A. Idah
B. Gilmour
79' Idah makes his way onto the pitch to replace Gilmour in the final third.
78' CHANCE! Norwich should be level as Sargent fires wide from close range. Williams works a low ball into the box from the left flank for Sargent. He gets ahead of his man in the middle, but he misses the target. A huge opportunity spurned.
J. Vardy
76' Vardy spots Albrighton in space on the right flank and the winger is on the mark to place his effort into the bottom-left corner.
M. Albrighton
76' GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!! ALBRIGHTON DRILLS LEICESTER BACK IN FRONT!!!!! 2-1!!!! The Foxes regain the lead as Albrighton finds the back of the net with a fine strike from the right flank. M. Albrighton
Yellow Card

H. Barnes
67' Iheanacho enters the action to replace Barnes down the left flank.
66' Amartey does brilliantly at the back to quell a potential break from Pukki. Aarons threads the needle to place a ball into the path of the Finn, but the defender gets across to produce a fine challenge.

52' Leicester try to build through Barnes down the left, but he gets flagged offside from Soyuncu's pass. The Foxes need to get themselves into gear.
50' CHANCE! Lees-Melou lines up a strike from 25 yards after great work from Rashica and Pukki, but he curls his right-footed effort over the bar. The Canaries have made a bright start to the second half.
48' OVER! Rashica leads a break upfield for the home side and skips past Castagne. He offloads towards Cantwell on the edge of the box, who drills a strike towards the target. However, his attempt sails over the bar.
47' Barnes has a run at Aarons down the left flank, but the Norwich defender stays with him all the way to block his low cross.
46' We're back under way at Carrow Road.
Leicester were wasteful in the final third and paid the price. Vardy and Barnes both missed openings that could have handed the Foxes control. They now need to re-establish themselves in the second half in their bid to secure the three points.
Teemu Pukki's penalty cancelled out Jamie Vardy's opener to leave the Premier League contest between Norwich City and Leicester City all square at the break. Vardy converted Ricardo Pereira's cross following a mistake by Brandon Williams to put the Foxes ahead. However, Pukki was allowed to level from the spot after the referee overturned his initial decision to not give a penalty for a Caglar Soyuncu challenge on Pierre Lees-Melou.

42' VAR! PENALTY TO NORWICH! The referee is instructed to look at the monitor at the side of the pitch. It shows that Soyuncu did not get the ball in his challenge on Lees-Melou. As a result, the official overturns the decision and points to the spot.
40' Soyuncu slides in with a risky challenge on Lees-Melou after Aaron sends a pass into the right channel. The referee points for a corner, but VAR will have a second look at the incident.

20' Williams works the ball to Rashica in the left-inside channel, but the cutback from the forward is cleared by Amartey.
18' Leicester seem content to wait for their moments on the break. They appear to be happy to let Norwich have possession in their own half.
16' SAVE! Aarons offloads from the right flank towards the run of McLean. He goes for a first-time strike at goal, only to see his effort saved by Schmeichel.
14' Pukki collects on the left flank and he tries to steer a left-footed cross towards the run of Rashica, but Schmeichel is allowed to make a comfortable claim.
13' Castagne catches Williams on the ankle and he avoids a booking for the challenge, much to the fury of the home side and their fans.

7' Barnes makes a charge down the left flank and bends a cross into the box. It takes a deflection and travels behind, but the referee points for a goal-kick.
4' Hanley tries to turn inside his own box amid pressure from Maddison and he concedes a corner on the left flank. Not the best bit of control from the Canaries skipper.
3' Rashica catches Vardy with a late challenge and gives away a free-kick in the middle of the park.
2' Leicester are on their mettle at the back to clear the first corner of the game from the Canaries.
2' Pukki causes problems in the final third and wins a corner for the home side down the right flank.
1' We're under way at Carrow Road.

Leicester have made only one enforced change to their side from their 4-1 defeat to West Ham. Perez is suspended and is replaced by Albrighton on the right flank. The Foxes are still without a number of key players, including Jonny Evans, Ryan Bertrand and new signing Jannik Vestergaard.

Leicester were crushed in their first away game of the season by West Ham United on Monday, failing to follow up on their opening-day win over Wolves. The Foxes went down 4-1 to David Moyes' men after Ayoze Perez was sent off in the first half. Brendan Rodgers' men have a good opportunity to bounce back this afternoon, although the Canaries will be out to prove a point.
Norwich have endured a baptism of fire in their return to the Premier League, facing Liverpool and Manchester City in their opening two fixtures. The Canaries were beaten heavily on both occasions, and the schedule does not ease up anytime soon with the arrival of the Foxes at Carrow Road. Daniel Farke's men found their form in front of goal in the EFL Cup, putting six past Bournemouth during the week. They will need to be at their best at both ends of the pitch today.
