That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Wolves are now unbeaten in their last four Premier League games. They sit 10th in the table and will face Everton next time out. Meanwhile Leeds remain just outside the relegation zone and they face Norwich City next weekend.
Leeds clinch a point in stoppage time thanks to a penalty from Rodrigo, after Wolves had been ahead for much of the game. It looked like Hwang’s goal on 10 minutes would be enough to see Wolves make it four wins on the bounce, but Leeds pushed forward in the second half in search of an equaliser and went close on several occasions, with Gelhardt testing Jose Sa. It was Gelhardt who won the penalty for the hosts, which Rodrigo coolly converted to share the points.
90' + 5' Everyone is up on their feet at Elland Road now, can Leeds turn this one around and nick a very late winner in stoppage time? There are a couple of minutes remaining!
Yellow Card
90' + 4' Rodrigo goes into the book for celebrating that a touch too excessively.
Penalty Goal
90' + 4' GOAL! LEEDS ARE LEVEL! Rodrigo converts from the penalty spot and makes it 1-1! Leeds finally have their equaliser and they’ll now push forward in search of a winner! Rodrigo sends Jose Sa the wrong way, firing the ball into the bottom left corner of the net.
90' + 3' LEEDS PENALTY! Gelhardt races past a couple of Wolves defenders and gets into the box, before Semedo steps across him and pushes the striker to the ground. The referee immediately points to the spot. Can Leeds finally get the equaliser here?
90' + 2' Wolves have everyone back inside their own half now, which is making it very difficult for Leeds to break them down.
90' There will be a minimum of six minutes added time played at the end of the second half.
Rúben Neves
João Moutinho
89' Late Wolves change now, with Moutinho limping off and he has been replaced by Neves.
88' Time is starting to run out for Leeds, but can Wolves hang on for the three points? There are only a couple of minutes, plus any additional time, left to play at Elland Road.
86' Wolves are sitting deep and just looking to see this win out now. They haven't offered any attacking threat for a while and are slowing the pace down whenever they can.
84' Gelhardt has been very lively for Leeds since coming on and he has another decent opportunity! A long ball comes forward from Dallas and Wolves don't clear the danger, so it falls straight to the feet of Gelhardt, who fires an effort over the crossbar.
K. Hoever
R. Aït Nouri
83' Here is the enforced Wolves change, with Ait Nouri coming off with an injury to be replaced by Hoever.
81' It looks like Ait Nouri has an issue for Wolves and he may not be able to continue for much longer, so Hoever is getting ready on the sidelines.
79' CHANCE! What a save by Jose Sa to deny Leeds an equaliser! Wolves lose the ball deep inside the final third and it falls to Gelhardt just inside the box, who only has the Wolves keeper to beat. He goes for power and it appears to be heading into the back of the net, but Jose Sa gets the slightest of touches on it, to send it over the bar.
78' There is still plenty of time left for Leeds to get back into this one and they've got the full backing of the crowd behind them, who are roaring them forward.
Daniel Podence
Adama Traoré
76' Wolves make their first substitution now, with Traore coming off and he has been replaced by Podence.
75' Wolves have won seven of their last 11 away league games in Yorkshire (D1 L3), including each of their last two against Sheffield United and Leeds.
73' CHANCE! Struijk gets on the edge of a deep free-kick delivery into the box by Dallas and he powers a header towards goal. But it's straight at Jose Sa! The keeper makes a good save, but either side of him and that might have snuck in.
71' Moutinho steps up to take a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area and he gets it up over the Leeds wall, but there is too much pace on the strike and it flies high over the bar.
69' Free-kick to Wolves in an excellent shooting position, after Jimenez gets to the ball first right on the edge of the penalty area and Gelhardt brings him down. Whoever takes this should be testing Meslier.
67' Wolves look pretty happy to sit back and soak up the Leeds pressure, they aren't trying to push forward at the other end and extend their lead at the moment.
J. Shackleton
Yellow Card
65' Shackleton is the first Leeds player to be booked after his challenge on Traore in the middle of the pitch, preventing a Wolves counter.
65' ALMOST! James cuts inside from the left wing and whips a superb cross into the penalty area, looking for Summerville at the far post, who looked like he would have a tap-in. However, Saiss gets there just in time to glance it behind for a corner. This is better from the hosts.
J. Gelhardt
M. Klich
62' Here comes another Leeds change, with Klich the man heading off the pitch and he has been replaced by Gelhardt.
62' It looks like Leeds are going to make another change soon, with some movement on the sidelines. They need to do something to try and get back into this game.
60' Saiss needs to be very careful as he's just dived into a challange with Rodrigo and given away a free-kick. The centre-back is already on a yellow card, so he is lucky to just get a warning there.
58' Six points from eight games marks Leeds United’s worst start to a league campaign since 1988-89 (also 6). Having scored 12 goals in their final four games in the Premier League last season (W4), Leeds have netted just seven times in their eight games this term (W1 D3 L4).
56' The departure of Raphinha is a huge blow for Leeds, as he has been their biggest threat so far today and they will be hoping the injury isn't serious as the Brazilian is key to their side.
C. Summerville
54' It's not good news for Leeds as Raphinha limps off and is unable to continue. Summerville heads onto the pitch.
R. Saïss
Yellow Card
53' Saiss is booked for dissent after arguing a decision with the referee, following his challenge on Raphinha.
52' Leeds are unhappy with the referee after Saiss catches Raphinha late down the right wing and then the referee won't allow the medical team to come onto the pitch to treat him. The Brazilian has hopped off the pitch instead to receive treatment on the sidelines.
M. Kilman
Yellow Card
50' Kilman is booked after he dives into a challenge with Roberts as the Leeds man looked to break forward on the counter and the Wolves centre-back caught him late.
49' CHANCE! Ait Nouri originally loses the ball just outside the box, but quickly wins it back off Raphinha, before racing into the penalty area and firing an effort towards the near post from a tight angle. However, Meslier makes himself big and makes an excellent save to deny him.
47' The ball falls nicely to Raphinha on the edge of the penalty area, after Wolves only half clear a corner from the right and Raphinha fires a volley towards goal. However, he doesn't make very good contact with it and it flies well wide.
46' The second half is under way!
T. Roberts
J. Harrison
46' Leeds have made a change ahead of the second half, with Harrison the man departing and he has been replaced by Roberts.
Leeds need to improve in the final third if they are to test the Wolves defence, but they look short of ideas at times and the visitors look comfortable at the moment.
Wolves look on course to make it four wins on the bounce as they lead 1-0 at the break, with Hwang scoring the only goal of the game so far. Leeds have seen more of the ball and created a couple of good chances, with Raphinha and Harrison going close, but nothing that has truly tested Jose Sa in the Wolves goal. Leeds also had a late penalty shout, with Shackleton going down in the box, but nothing was given.
45' + 1' PENALTY SHOUT! Shackleton and Ait Nouri battle for the ball deep down the right wing and the pair race into the box, with Shackleton trying to nick it past the Wolves man. However, Ait Nouri gets there in the nick of time and makes an excellent challenge. The home crowd appeal for a spot-kick, but nothing is given.
45' There will be a minimum of one minute added time played at the end of the first half.
44' It's all very nice by Leeds on the edge of the penalty area, but they can't actually get the ball into the box to try and create an opportunity at goal. They need to improve after the break.
42' Wolves have won their last three away league games against Leeds without conceding a single goal. They had only won three of their previous 25 league games at Elland Road before this (D4 L18).
40' Wolves have managed to get on the ball in the last couple of minutes, just slowing the pace down as Leeds had been pressing forward in search of an equaliser before the break. They will be eager to see out their 1-0 lead to half-time.
38' There isn’t long left to play before the end of the first half, can Leeds find the equaliser before the half-time whistle?
36' Good move! Raphinha looks like the hosts' biggest threat at the moment and he sets Rodrigo up there in the box with a lovely ball over the top of the Wolves defence. However, the striker can't control it and the visitors clear the danger.
34' Leeds have done well to keep Jimenez and Hwang quiet since the opening goal, with Wolves having to do a lot more defending than they would like. Traore is another who hasn't been involved much for the visitors.
32' Another set piece opportunity for Leeds now, with the centre-backs coming up to try and create something in the penalty area. So far, Wolves have defended these well.
30' We’re at the half an hour mark now and it remains Wolves who lead 1-0 here, thanks to a goal on 10 minutes by Hwang. However, Leeds have responded well to going behind and look dangerous, but haven't created a goalscoring chance yet.
28' Wolves have won four of their last five Premier League games, more than they had in their previous 16 before this (W3 D3 L10). Wolves are looking to win four consecutive top-flight matches for the first time since January 1972.
26' CHANCE! Wolves lose possession in the middle of the pitch and Leeds counter quickly, with Raphinha releasing Harrison down the left wing. The winger opts to go for goal himself and powers a strike towards the top left corner of the net. However, it flies just wide of the post.
25' Both teams need to be careful about being caught out at the back on the counter-attack, as they are both playing with a three-man defence, so it is leaving gaps that could be exploited.
23' The hosts are keeping the ball well at the moment, but can't seem to get anything going in the final third as the Wolves defence look comfortable.
21' Wolves take a free-kick short and it comes out to Traore deep down the right wing, who delivers a looping cross into the box, which is met by the head of Kilman. However, his header flies high over the crossbar.
19' Leeds have certainly increased the tempo of their game in the last couple of minutes, which has got the crowd going and the home supporters are urging their side forward.
17' The game is quite scrappy at the moment, with both teams struggling to get it down and keep possession in order to create an attack. However, there are no signs of a second goal in this one just yet.
15' Leeds have lost their last five league games against Wolves, scoring just one goal in the process. They’ve only had six longer such losing runs against an opponent, most recently against Derby County between 2006 and 2013 (9 in a row).
13' Good effort! Raphinha picks up the ball around 25 yards out and fires a low strike towards the bottom right corner of the net, but Jose Sa does well to read it and makes a good stop.
12' Leeds have been sloppy in midfield at times today, with Wolves picking it up and getting forward on the counter, looking to get in behind quickly.
Hwang Hee-Chan
10' GOAL! WOLVES TAKE THE LEAD! It hasn’t taken long for the visitors to go ahead, with Hwang firing them 1-0 ahead. Semedo races down the right wing and skips past Harrison, before pulling it back to Jimenez in the box, who fires an effort towards goal, but it is blocked. The rebound then falls straight to the feet of Hwang, who pokes it home from close range.
8' Not too far away! Rodrigo meets a corner delivery from the right at the near post and tries to glance the ball into the far left corner of the net. However, he gets too much on it and it flies over the bar.
7' Good defending! Saiss does really well to get ahead of Struijk as a corner is whipped into the box from the right, flicking it over the crossbar in the nick of time.
João Moutinho
Yellow Card
5' The first yellow card of the game is shown to Moutinho early on, after he dives into a challenge with Raphinha and catches the Brazilian late. Poor challenge and now he has to be careful for the rest of the game.
3' Leeds are lining up in a very attacking formation today, with the front four sure to test the Wolves defence, especially with the return of Raphinha to the starting XI. However, Wolves are equally as threatening with their wingers, so it could be a tight game.
1' We're under way!
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all the match action!
Meanwhile the visitors have made two changes, with Ait-Nouri and Jimenez coming into the team and they have replaced Neves and Marcal.
Leeds have made just one change to their starting line-up, with Raphinha coming back into the team, after missing last week's defeat due to international commitments and he replaces Roberts.
