That's all from me, I hope you enjoyed our live text commentary. Until next time, goodbye!
The result means Scotland, who looked sure to gain promotion to the A league with two games to go, finish second in the group after the result in the other game. And with the win, Israel have avoided relegation.
It's all over and it's bitter disappointment for Scotland as they go down 1-0 to Israel and miss the chance to top the group. Despite having the better of the action, the game was decided in the first half with Solomon's brilliant solo goal. Both sides created a couple of half-chances in the second period but neither keeper was really troubled.
A. Robertson
Yellow Card
90' + 7' Yellow Card Andrew Robertson
90' + 6' Griffiths lines up the free-kick. Can Scotland find a late consolation? He blasts it past the wall and it's on target but Marciano saves well.
O. Dgani
Yellow Card
90' + 5' Dgani hauls down Griffiths and is booked.
O. Marciano
Yellow Card
90' + 4' Marciano is the next man into the book.
90' + 4' PENALTY APPEAL! It's nearly an own-goal from Dasa who struggles to deal with a hopeful ball. As it's knocked on it appears to strike his hand with the Scots appealing frantically to the referee.
90' + 3' Tierney launches a hopeful ball but there's nobody in there to meet it. It's recycled to the right-hand side where Burke can take on the full-back but his touch is heavy and out for a goal-kick.
90' + 1' The ball is loose and Scotland can't gather so a minute has been wasted here.
90' We'll have five minutes of added time.
89' WHAT A CHANCE! Tierney launches the ball into the box from a throw-in and it falls at Griffiths' feet from close range but the striker can't make clean connection.
87' CLOSE! McKenna's header looks like it's nestled into Marciano's goal but it's just wide and brushes the side netting.
M. Abu Fani
Yellow Card
87' Fani is carded for the foul.
87' Bitton lines it up but can't navigate past the wall. Scotland go on the attack and win a free-kick.
R. Jack
Yellow Card
85' Jack receives the first yellow card of the game for a challenge on Weissman. This is a chance for the hosts to run the clock down.
Y. Cohen
M. Solomon
84' Cohen is on for the man who has made the difference to this point, Solomon.
83' McTominay wins another corner. Christie delivers deep but Marciano comes out authoritatively to punch it clear.
K. McLean
C. McGregor
82' McGregor is off now and on comes McLean for Scotland.
79' WHAT A CHANCE! It's almost game over as Weissman has the goal at his mercy. He breezes through the Scotland defence but can't get enough power on the shot and Marshall saves well.
O. Dgani
S. Yeini
78' Dgani is the next man to come on in place of Yeini.
M. Abu Fani
N. Lavi
78' In the first of another two changes for Israel, Fani replaces Lavi.
77' It's all Scotland now as Israel commit 11 men behind the ball.
75' McTominay fires in a cross towards McBurnie. The Sheffield United man gets on the end of it and deos well to get his header on target but it's easily gathered by Marciano.
74' The Scots are applying the pressure now and win another corner. They'll need to create more than that if they want to win the game.
O. Burke
S. O'Donnell
73' Burke is also on for the final 15 minutes or so. He replaces O'Donnell.
S. McKenna
D. Gallagher
73' Another change for Scotland. Gallagher is replaced by McKenna.
73' Tierney's cross is overhit but it gives Marciano a problem. The keeper is forced to tip it out for a corner.
71' Zahavi is allowed time and space to shoot, which he does. Thankfully for Scotland his effort is well off target.
70' Griffiths drives forward and has an effort on goal but it's well blocked. Into the last 20 minutes.
69' PENALTY APPEAL! The Scotland players are screaming for a handball after McGegor's delivery struck an Israel defender. The referee waves it away.
67' Robertson attempts to find McBurnie who has made a run in behind the full-back. The ball is overhit and out for a goal-kick, though.
66' Robertson deals with the corner and launches a clearance. The away side need to get some time on the ball.
65' Christie concedes a free-kick after what is perceived to be a foul on Golasa. The home side work it short before enjoying a spell of posession which results in a corner.
63' Scotland are now playing with a genuine front two. Will that make the difference?
E. Golasa
B. Natcho
62' Change for the hosts too as Natcho is replaced by Golasa.
L. Griffiths
J. McGinn
61' Griffiths is also on as McGinn makes way.
O. McBurnie
L. Dykes
61' It is time for reinforcements. McBurnie is on for Dykes.
60' Half an hour to go here and Scotland still trail. Will we see Clarke turn to the subs soon?
59' WIDE! A lovely Israel move is so nearly finished off by Zahavi. The striker allows the ball to roll across him before firing just wide of the post.
58' Quick feet from Solomon keeps Israel in possession in a tight area and they eventually win a free-kick. He is really showing his class.
56' A superb pass from Christie feeds O'Donnell through on goal. He has Dykes screaming for it but takes the shot on himself which is blocked.
56' More bad news for Scotland as, in the other game, the Czech's have doubled their lead.
54' The ball is whipped in to the back post where Gallagher tries to get on the end of it. It's out for another corner and Gallagher is again the target. This time he has a free run at it but can't hit the target. He should have done better there.
53' Another corner for Scotland. Christie finds McGinn who has another attempt on goal blocked.
52' McGinn powers his way into the box, outmuscling Bitton along the way, before unleashing a shot on goal. It's blocked but the Scots have a corner.
51' SHOT! Zahavi's pass is behind Weissman but the forward turns very well before taking the shot on. Despite his best efforts, it's a couple yards over the bar.
49' A sloppy pass from Dasa gifts Scotland a corner. It's met by McTominay before being cleared for another corner. It's swung in again but this time Israel are able to clear the danger.
48' That was a real let-off for the away side. They need to get going in this half before it's too late.
46' CLOSE! Less than a minute into the second half and Israel almost double their lead. The ball is played into Zahavi whose effort is inches wide thanks to a deflection. It'll be a corner.
46' We're back underway for what could be a big 45 minutes for both sides.
As it stands, Israel are on course to avoid relegation and finish just two points behind their opponents in the final standings. It's a big 45 minutes for Scotland who now face an uphill battle to top the group and earn promotion to the A league.
Israel lead 1-0 at the break thanks to a goal in the 44th minute by Solomon. Scotland had looked the better side up to that point but were undone by a moment of magic as the 21-year-old got the better of McTominay before producing a finish of real quality to beat Marshall.
E. Zahavi
44' Zahavi merely fed the ball to Solomon who did the rest. A simple assist, but they all count.
M. Solomon
44' GOAL! ISRAEL 1-0!! The hosts lead and it's a brilliant solo goal by Solomon. He twists and turns leaving McTominay for dead before firing past Marshall and into the far corner.
43' In a frantic two minutes, it's Scotland's turn to go on the attack again. First, Christie gets to the byline and lays the ball back for someone to meet. They don't and then O'Donnell swings a cross in which is met by Dykes but his header is easily gathered by the keeper.
41' A goal-kick from Marshall looks like it's set Christie clean through. The Celtic midfielder opts to square it towards McGinn but it was probably the wrong choice and Israel clear. And straight up the other end Zahavi has a brilliant chance to score but loses control of the ball at the crucial moment.
39' Tierney surges forward before running into a three-man roadblock. He turns back and the ball is worked across to McTominay. The Manchester United midfielder tries to fizz in another cross but gets it wrong this time.
38' Zahavi is isolated up front so decides to go himself. He winds up and takes on the shot but Tierney blocks well. The Arsenal man has been a rock so far.
36' Solomon is in the box and looking to work some space for himself. However, Tierney won't give him an inch so he feeds it out to Dasa who flashes a brilliant ball across goal. To the relief of Steve Clarke's side, nobody can get on the end of it.
35' The corner comes to nothing but the ball is recycled well by the Scots. Christie is able to fire in a couple more crosses before Israel eventually clear the danger.
34' SAVE! McTominay's ball is whipped in with pace. McGinn gets on the end of it and flicks it towards the far post but Marciano makes a smart save.
32' Bitton and Dasa pass it back and forth on the right wing with neither seemingly willing to put the ball into the box. Eventually Robertson dispossesses Dasa and the chance is gone.
30' McGregor, who has been quiet so far, feeds the ball into the feet of Dykes. The forward takes one touch before being crowded out by three Israel defenders.
28' CHANCE! Tierney finds McGinn with a lovely ball down the wing. The Aston Villa man squares it for Christie who opts not to have a go himself and tees up the onrushing O'Donnell who drags his effort way wide.
26' Israel spray it around nicely despite coming under pressure from a well-structured Scottish defence. They can't force a chance but are starting to look more threatening.
25' McGinn's cross is deflected up into the air and Christie won't give it up. He gets there just before the keeper and his hook towards goal has to be cleared for a Scotland corner.
23' Solomon, Zahavi and Natcho link up nicely before the ball is back out to Dasa. His first thought is to cross but it's off target again and easily headed clear.
21' Up the other end and Dykes almost gets on the end of a hopeful delivery from McTominay.
20' Natcho's diagonal ball to the back post is on a plate for Menachem. The full-back has time to square it across goal but his attempt is straight at a grateful Marshall in the Scotland goal.
18' Elsewhere, Czech Republic have taken the lead against Slovakia meaning, as it stands, Scotland will finish second.
17' The Scots are beginning to take up some more promising positions.
15' Scotland win the first corner of the game but Bitton rises highest to flick the ball to safety.
14' Robertson almost catches Dasa napping but the Israeli full-back recovers just in time to earn his side a free-kick.
13' Neither side appear willing to over-commit going forward in the early stages.
11' Christie's free-kick is straight into the wall and the danger is averted for the home side.
10' Christie intercepts a loose pass and turns his attention to goal. Dykes makes a good run but he chooses to go alone and has a dig. It's over the bar but the referee blows for a free-kick after the Celtic man was clipped as he pulled the trigger.
9' Zahavi, who has scored five goals from his last five Nations League games, is having to drop very deep to get on the ball. That'll suit the Scots.
7' The teams are very evenly matched so far. Dasa receives the ball on the right flank and attempts to pick out a killer cross. Once again, it struggles to get past the first man.
5' Solomon for the hosts looks lively early on. The ball is worked to Dasa on the right but his cross is easily dealt with by Tierney.
3' Christie gets behind Bitton and latches onto a long ball from Tierney. It looks like he's been clipped by his Celtic team-mate but he stays on his feet and doesn't get the free-kick.
2' A quiet start here with neither side able to string more than a few passes together.
1' Referee Pawel Raczkowski blows his whistle and Scotland get us underway.
The two sides are out. It's nearly time for kick-off!
Israel have only won one of their previous seven meetings with Scotland (D2 L4), although that lone victory did come on home soil (2-1 in October 2018).
And it’s a mammoth eight changes to the Scottish side that took on Slovakia with Steve Clarke reverting back to the XI that started against Serbia last week. David Marshall is in goal and Liverpool’s Andrew Robertson starts despite reports he would miss out due to a hamstring injury. Scott McTominay, Declan Gallagher and Stephen O’Donnell make up the back four. In the middle Kieran Tierney, Ryan Jack and Callum McGregor play behind a front three of John McGinn, Ryan Christie and Lyndon Dykes who returns after serving a one-match suspension.
Four changes for the home side. Celtic defender Hatem Elhamed is suspended after receiving a red card against the Czech’s so in come Sun Menachem and Sheran Yeini into a back five. Elsewhere, Bibras Natcho returns to the starting XI and plays just behind the front two of Shon Weissman and dangerman Eran Zahavi.
SCOTLAND SUBS: Oliver Burke, Jon McLaughlin, Lawrence Shankland, Liam Palmer, Greg Taylor, Craig Gordon, Scott McKenna, Oliver McBurnie, Liam Cooper, Leigh Griffiths, Kenny McLean, Andrew Considine.
SCOTLAND (4-3-3): David Marshall; Andrew Robertson, Scott McTominay, Declan Gallagher, Stephen O’Donnell; Kieran Tierney, Ryan Jack, Callum McGregor; John McGinn, Lyndon Dykes, Ryan Christie.
ISRAEL SUBS: Eyal Golasa, Itamar Nitzman, Joel Abu Hanna, Dor Peretz, Or Dadia, Osama Khalaila, Mohammad Abu Fani, Yonatan Cohen, Taleb Tawatha, Ariel Harush, Orel Dgani.
ISRAEL (5-3-2): Ofir Marciano; Sun Menachem, Nir Bitton, Eytan Tibi, Sheran Yeini, Eli Dasa; Manor Solomon, Bibras Natcho, Neta Lavi; Shon Weissman, Eran Zahavi.
Scotland, on the other hand, have another chance to secure promotion after a much-changed side lost 1-0 away to Slovakia on Sunday. Steve Clarke’s team just need to match or better the Czech Republic’s result to clinch top spot and potentially one of two World Cup playoff places.
Israel come into the match on the back of just one win from their last eight international matches so it’s fair to say they aren’t a team on form. However, they will be fired up as they face the prospect of relegation should results not go their way.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Nations League B Group 2 meeting between Israel and Scotland from the Netanya Municipal Stadium.
