Thanks for joining me for this coverage of the 0-0 draw between Burnley and Norwich in the Premier League.
The hosts move up a place to 18th but remain in the relegation zone while Farke's team stay bottom of the table despite winning their first point of the season. Burnley face a tough visit to Manchester City next and the Canaries will host Brighton as both teams look to put points on the board and steer themselves away from the drop zone.
It finishes 0-0 at Turf Moor, the first ever time that scoreline has occurred between these two sides after 43 previous meetings. Both sides had moments but there was a lack of real clear-cut chances and therefore the two teams remain winless in the league this season. McNeil and Lowton had late chances to win the game for the hosts but nothing really challenged Krul, and the visitors created very little in their pursuit for three crucial points at the bottom of the table.
90' + 1' Westwood limps off the field for treatment after a coming together in midfield.
A. Idah
J. Sargent
90' Sargent is replaced by Irishman Idah up front.
89' Lowton sends a header just over after he came flying onto a Westwood cross at the back post. That wasn't far away at all from sneaking under the crossbar.
87' Barnes latches onto a loose ball and takes it past an onrushing Krul but is forced wide. He digs a cross out but Aarons heads it away for a corner.
85' McNeil sends a free-kick from the left into the box but Krul comes off his line to punch it clear.
83' The ball lands at the feet of Gibson in the home side's box but he can't turn around to get an attempt on goal and the ball is hoofed upfield.
81' Aarons plays a clever ball through to Sargent but Tarkowski times his tackle perfectly to prevent the striker from getting anything away at goal.
A. Barnes
C. Wood
80' Dyche takes off Wood for Barnes.
M. Rashica
T. Pukki
80' Rashica comes on to replace Pukki.
L. Rupp
P. Lees Melou
80' Lees-Melou makes way for Rupp.
79' Taylor gets his head on a lofted cross to head it behind as Aarons came steaming in to try and force it into the net. The subsequent corner is played in by Normann and pings around the area before Westwood hacks it clear.
77' The Clarets have never failed to score against their opponents today in 18 previous home league matches.
75' Wood has a shot blocked as Dyche's men are starting to ramp up the pressure as they look for their first league win of the season.
M. Aarons
Yellow Card
74' Aarons is booked after having a go at Taylor for what he felt was going down too easy for that penalty shout.
73' The hosts think they should have a penalty after Taylor goes down in the box from a challenge by Aarons. It doesn't look as if there was much in it though and play is back underway.
71' None of the previous 43 meetings between these two sides have finished 0-0. Will we see that streak broken today?
69' Westwood catches McLean with a nasty tackle as the Scot tried to clear.
68' The visitors have the lowest expected goals (5.3) and the worst shot conversion rate (3.3%) of any team in the Premier League this season.
66' Farke's men work the ball nicely into the box, but an important block by Gibson prevents any real opportunity from being created.
64' The hosts should be in front! A cross from the right by Gudmundsson goes all the way through to McNeil at the back post. The winger doesn't expect the ball to make it through to him and he can't get his feet sorted, sending an effort off his knee into the side netting.
62' Norwich hit the bar! Normann runs into the right-hand side of the box and fires at goal, but his effort just skims off the top of the crossbar and goes behind.
J. Guðmundsson
A. Lennon
60' Gudmundsson comes on for Lennon.
59' Kabak sends a header over from a cross, although he would've been ruled offside if he had scored anyway.
58' Rodriguez can't quite manage to get the ball down in the box to get a shot away and the visitors clear the ball upfield where Sargent wins a corner, which comes to nothing.
57' It's a corner to the visitors after Tarkowski puts the ball out. The corner goes all the way to Gibson at the back post, but Collins does just enough to clear the danger.
56' Taylor tries to find a teammate's head in the box, but his cross is well overhit and there's no chance for Wood and Rodriguez to get on the end of it.
54' Pukki nearly gets on the end of a through ball from Giannoulis but it skips through to Pope.
52' Pukki sees a shot blocked in the box after the visitors win the ball high up the pitch.
51' Normann's free-kick is saved well by Pope to his right as the effort was fizzed towards the near post.
J. Rodriguez
Yellow Card
49' Lees-Melou does superbly to drive from the halfway line all the way to the edge of the box before he is brought down by Rodriguez, who goes into the book.
47' Dyche's men have come flying out the blocks in this second half. McNeil shoots from distance and forces Krul into a good save to his right, before a couple of good crosses come in. The scoreline remains 0-0 but it is positive signs for the Clarets.
46' The hosts get the game restarted. Will we see a break in the deadlock in this second half.
These are two sides that are desperate for their first win of the season and both bosses will be thinking of ways to get exactly that. Each team does have some attacking quality on the bench, so which manager will the first to try and seize control of this game and make a change?
It's goalless at the break at Turf Moor in a game that is crying out for some quality. There hasn't really been any chances of note, and the main story so far has been a couple of penalty claims by Burnley that have been turned down. It's been a scrappy game with some needle between the two sides, especially after a heavy challenge by Wood on Lees-Melou caused a scuffle that threatened to get out of hand.
45' + 3' Sargent tries to knock the ball past Collins in the box and run onto it, but the defender does well to block him off and allow Pope to come and pick the ball up.
45' + 1' Lowton tries his luck with a volley from outside the box. It is blocked behind by what the hosts think is a Norwich arm, but play will continue.
45' There will be four minutes of additional time at the end of this first half.
44' Pope easily saves a Lee-Melou shot from distance that didn't have the power or direction to really trouble the English goalkeeper.
43' Normann sends a header dangerously towards his own goal from a cross but thankfully for him, it nestles in the arms of Krul.
42' Burnley claim for a penalty as they think a Rodriguez header is blocked by the arm of Hanley, but nothing is given.
40' Aarons does enough to divert a teasing Lennon cross behind for a corner. The set-piece is then worked to Lowton on the edge of the box but his touch is heavy and the visitors clear.
39' There has been a real lack of quality so far in this game, perhaps to be expected seeing as it is between the bottom two sides in the league. Will either team be able to produce a moment of magic and earn a big three points?
37' Lennon weaves his way into the area and tries to get a shot away but it's blocked by Hanley.
J. Rodriguez
M. Vydra
34' Rodriguez comes on for Vydra, who was struggling with an injury in the previous couple of minutes.
J. Brownhill
Yellow Card
33' Brownhill is booked for a poor challenge on Lees-Melou as the midfielder tried to clear.
32' The hosts whip a couple of crosses into the box but for now, the visitors remain resolute.
30' Hanley again brings Vydra down in the box as the ball is threaded through but the referee rejects any appeal for a penalty.
28' McNeil tries to catch Krul out by shooting when most would expect him to cross, but the keeper is alert and scurries across his line to catch the ball.
M. Normann
Yellow Card
27' Normann then sees yellow after dragging back McNeil as the winger was driving forward towards the Norwich box.
C. Wood
Yellow Card
25' Wood is booked after a hard sliding tackle on Kabak. It causes some anger and scuffles and there may be more cards to come here.
M. Lowton
Yellow Card
25' Lowton goes into the book for his role in the fracas following Wood's challenge.
22' Hanley bundles over Vydra in the box but the referee doesn't see enough for a penalty and play continues.
21' The visitors try and create space in the box for a shot but Aarons' effort can't squeeze through the crowded area and the ball is cleared.
19' The hosts have only lost one of their last 11 meetings with today's opponents, winning both of their Premier League games against the Canaries.
17' A long ball is punted forward and Vydra manages to nod it through to Wood, who turns and shoots but scoops it over. It would have been ruled out for offside anyway.
15' Krul comes rushing out of his goal to try and clear a free-kick that was whipped into the box, but he inadvertently punches Vydra as the two come together. Burnley claim for a penalty but nothing is given.
13' Normann's free-kick pings off the wall and behind for a corner, which he heads over to take. The corner is then cleverly worked into the box, but Pope punches clear.
J. Tarkowski
Yellow Card
11' Tarkowski is booked for cynically dragging down Pukki as Aarons played a through ball into him. It'll be a free-kick to the visitors in a dangerous position.
10' Westwood tries to loft a ball over to Vydra in the box but Krul is on his toes and rushes out to collect the ball before the Czech striker can get to it.
8' Away goalkeeper Krul just does enough to punch a McNeil corner away as Brownhill tried to put him off.
6' Hanley puts in a tackle on the box to prevent Vydra from getting a shot away.
5' Lowton tries to send Wood away as he plays a long ball into the right channel but his pass skims off the wet surface and goes behind for a goal-kick.
3' Pukki dispossesses Lowton and sends a crossfield ball to Aarons, who shoots from distance but his dipping effort just evades the right post of home goalkeeper Pope's goal.
2' Giannoulis whips an early cross in but he gets it wrong and Pope easily collects.
1' The Canaries kick us off and we are underway.
The two teams make their way onto the pitch for this big game at the bottom of the Premier League.
Visiting boss Daniel Farke stays with the 3-5-2 formation that he chose for the defeat at Goodison Park, but he opts to bring in Giannoulis for Williams at left-back.
Home manager Sean Dyche makes two changes as Collins and Lennon come in for Mee and record-signing Cornet, who both miss out through injury. This will be Lennon’s first Premier League appearance of the season.
