Thanks for joining our commentary this evening. Until next time, goodbye.
The Premier League takes a two-week break for international matches. Brighton are next in action away to Norwich on October 16, while Arsenal host Crystal Palace on October 18.
Brighton and Hove Albion and Arsenal play out a goalless draw in their Premier League clash at the Amex Stadium. The home side had the best of the openings, but Lewis Dunk, Neal Maupay and Dan Burn all missed their chances. Emile Smith Rowe had a late effort for the Gunners that was saved by Robert Sanchez. However, it was a game where both teams lacked a cutting edge in the final third.
90' + 2' Brighton appeal for a penalty from Trossard's cross into the box as Duffy goes down under presssure from Lokonga. VAR has a check, but the Seagulls are still not awarded a spot-kick.

87' SAVE! Ramsdale dives off his line to push March's header across the face of goal away from the lurking presence of Maupay. The forward would have had a tap-in if not for the Arsenal keeper.
85' March breaks down the right flank before he cuts inside to shoot on his left foot. However, he scuffs his effort straight at Ramsdale.
85' Gabriel has to make an important intervention at the back to halt Mac Allister's charge into the right-inside channel.

46' We're back under way at the Amex Stadium.
Graham Potter will be pleased with his side's performance, but will be demanding a cutting edge in the final third. There's been plenty of promise in the build-up, cutting open Arsenal at ease at times. However, the Seagulls need to be able to finish their opportunities to get their rewards.
Brighton and Arsenal are level at the break in their Premier League clash at the Amex Stadium. The hosts dominated the first half, but failed to find the net as Leandro Trossard, Lewis Dunk, Dan Burn and Neal Maupay all missed good opportunities. Saka outpaces Burn and does well to clip a cross to the back post from the byline. Aubameyang tries to direct a header towards goal. It clips the outside of the post before the Seagulls scramble it away.
21' CHANCE! Dunk misses a sitter. Maupay fires a dangerous cross into the box that Ramsdale fumbles. Duffy collides with the keeper and the ball rolls to Dunk. The Brighton skipper fires at goal on the slide, only to clear the bar with his strike. He should have scored there.
