Bournemouth have come from behind to secure a point at the Vitality Stadium thanks to Ryan Shawcross's own goal nine minutes from time. Lys Mousset had given Stoke a first-half lead when he headed into his own net on his full Premier League debut, but Bournemouth levelled through Junior Stanislas before Mame Biram Diouf put Stoke ahead for the second time in the game. Bournemouth though got themselves level through the own goal, and despite both sides having chances late on, neither were able to find a winner. That's all from us for today folks, thanks for joining us and we hope you can join us again soon.
Full-time: Bournemouth 2-2 Stoke City
90' + 3' A half-chance for Gradel as he controls the ball on his chest 25 yards out from goal, but he chooses to hit the volley early instead of driving into the box and strikes it straight at Butland who holds on with ease.
90' + 2' We're into four minutes of added time now as Francis drives forward and looks to slip the ball into King's feet, but the pass is wayward and rolls straight through to Butland.
E. Pieters
M. Arnautović
Stoke City
90' Stoke are making their second change of the game, and this is perhaps a sign that Mark Hughes is going to settle for a point, as Erik Pieters comes on in place of Arnautovic.
M. Gradel
Yellow Card
AFC Bournemouth
89' Gradel has been shown a yellow card for an incident off the ball with Shawcross.
87' Bournemouth break forward at pace down the left-hand side and Gradel feeds the ball out to Fraser who looks to return the pass back to Gradel, but the ball is fractionally too heavy and Stoke regain possession. Had that pass found Gradel Bournemouth would have had a three on two.
85' Walters gets to the byline on the right-hand side and pulls back a cross towards the penalty spot where Allen is arriving late, but Francis just get to the ball ahead of the Stoke midfielder and clears the ball away, albeit unconvincingly.
83' The Stoke players were surrounding the referee following that goal as they felt King was offside as the ball bounced off him, and replays show it to be extremely marginal.
R. Shawcross
Own Goal
Stoke City
81' GOOOAAAAAALLLLLLL!!!! Bournemouth are level!! Smith whips in a superb cross from the right-hand side and Gradel heads it down into King, who knows very little about it as it bounces off his legs, into Shawcross inside the six yard box and into the back of the net.
J. Ibe
M. Pugh
AFC Bournemouth
79' Eddie Howe is making his third and final change now as Jordan Ibe comes on to replace Pugh, who's had a quiet game today.
78' Chance!! A chance for Walters to score with his first touch as Johnson stands up a delicate cross towards him from the right-hand corner of the penalty box, but the Irishman just overruns the ball and can only get the top of his head to the ball, looping it onto the roof of the net.
J. Walters
M. Diouf
Stoke City
77' Stoke are going to make their first change of the game now and Diouf goes off to be replaced by Jonathan Walters.
75' Bournemouth look to hit back straight away as King picks out Cook 25 yards out from goal and the midfielder shifts the ball out of his feet and away from Cameron with a good first touch, but his low shot goes across the face of goal and wide of the left-hand post.
M. Diouf
Goal
Stoke City
73' GOOOAAAALLLLLLL!!!!! Diouf gives Stoke the lead!! It's an incredibly scrappy goal as Francis fails to deal with Cameron's cross from the right-hand side and the ball falls at Diouf's feet and he scuffs the ball into the goal from six yards out.
M. Gradel
J. Stanislas
AFC Bournemouth
72' Stanislas is down receiving treatment just inside the Stoke half and Eddie Howe uses the break in play to give a few instructions to several of his players. Stanislas isn't going to be able to continue though and Max Gradel comes on to replace him.
70' Stoke are looking a threat going forward just at the minute and they're finding plenty of space in between the Bournemouth defence and midfield, but the final ball is letting them down too often.
68' Shaqiri shows good strength to get down the outside of Daniels down the right-hand side and he cuts back a low cross towards Allen who is running onto the ball at pace, but Cook makes a superb lunging block to deny the Welshman from 15 yards out.
66' Shaqiri spreads the ball wide to Muniesa who has space and time to pick a cross from the left-hand side, but he wastes the position by miscuing his cross straight out of play for a goal kick.
64' The Bournemouth fans are really getting behind their side now and the momentum seems to be all with them as Arnautovic throws his arms in the air in frustration as a long ball forward goes straight through to Boruc.
A. Smith
Assist
AFC Bournemouth
62' Smith made a surging run forward and pulled his low cross back into a really dangerous area.
J. Stanislas
Goal
AFC Bournemouth
62' GOOOOOAAAAAALLLL!!! Stanislas draws Bournemouth level! Cook plays a lovely crisp pass into the path of Smith down the right-hand side and the full-back cuts a low cross back towards the penalty spot, where King lets it run for Stanislas to sweep it between the legs of Butland and into the back of the net.
60' CHANCE!!! A huge chance for Arnautovic as Allen gets away from Cook down the right-hand edge of the penalty area stands up a cross towards the Austrian who is completely unmarked five yards out from goal, but somehow manages to head the ball over the bar with just Boruc to beat.
59' A wasted opportunity for Stoke as Diouf creates space for himself on the right-hand corner of the penalty area and has Allen bursting forward at the back post, but the striker's pass towards the unmarked Welshman is far too weak and Bournemouth regain possession.
R. Fraser
L. Mousset
AFC Bournemouth
58' A first change for Bournemouth now and Mousset's full Premier League debut comes to an end as he's replaced by Ryan Fraser.
56' After a quiet opening to this half both sides now look much more threatening, which will suit Bournemouth as Stoke looked by far the happier of the two sides when there was no attacking intent.
54' Wonderful tackle from Francis as Arnautovic looks to have played Diouf clean through on goal, but the Bournemouth captain makes a superb sliding tackle on the stretch to take the ball away from the striker, before Shaqiri's effort on the rebound is deflected out for a corner, which comes to nothing.
53' Stanislas has another go at taking the free-kick but his delivery is headed clear to the left-hand side, and although Bournemouth retain possession and get another cross in, Butland is able to gather it in high above his head.
52' The home fans are desperately trying to give their side a lift now as King is fouled by Martins Indi just outside the right-hand edge of the Stoke penalty area. Stanislas takes it quickly to Arter on the edge of the penalty box and the midfielder balloons the ball over the bar, but the referee orders it to be retaken as he wasn't ready.
50' Stoke are now enjoying a short spell of possession but there's very little intensity or attacking intent about either team at the minute.
48' A relatively quiet start to the second half from both sides with Bournemouth seeing plenty of the ball, but the majority of it amongst the back four with Stoke just sitting off them.
46' Kick-off! Allen gets the second half underway for Stoke.
Eddie Howe may well turn to Ryan Fraser on his bench early in the second half in an attempt to get back into this game, although the right-hand side has been the most productive area of the pitch for his side. Mark Hughes meanwhile will be asking for more of the same from his side defensively, although he will be keen to see Shaqiri and Arnautovic on the ball more often going forward.
Stoke lead at the Vitality Stadium thanks to Mousset's own goal midway through the half. Neither side have really got going but Stoke did enjoy a good spell of pressure just prior to the goal, although they have failed to build on it as they might have liked.
Half-time: Bournemouth 0-1 Stoke City
45' + 2' One or two signs of frustration are starting to creep into Bournemouth's game now and Eddie Howe looks deep in thought ahead of half-time.
45' + 1' We're into the first of three minutes of added time at the end of this half.
44' Arnautovic commits yet another foul, this time on Francis, but the referee still doesn't feel a yellow card is justified, much to the dismay of the home fans.
43' Diouf is back to his feet and looks as though he's going to be able to continue as Stanislas swings in a good cross towards Francis at the back post from a free-kick, but Shawcross gets up well to head the ball away from danger.
41' Diouf goes down under a needless challenge from King midway through the Bournemouth half and the striker looks to be in some discomfort.
39' Another chance for Bournemouth as Stanislas gets away down the right-hand side of the Stoke penalty box and pulls a low cross back towards Mousset in the middle, and although the ball is behind the striker Johnson's attempted clearance falls straight to King, but his first-time, left-footed volley from 15 yards out is an erratic one and flies high and wide of the goal.
37' Diouf controls a long ball forward midway through the Bournemouth half but referee Tierney believes he used an arm to do so and awards the home side a free-kick, which doesn't go down too well with Mark Hughes who has a word with the fourth official.
35' Stoke had certainly lifted the tempo in the few minutes before that goal and their fans are in full voice now, as Johnson gets to the byline on the right-hand edge of the penalty box, but his low cross is deflected into the grateful arms of Boruc.
L. Mousset
Own Goal
AFC Bournemouth
33' GOOOOOAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!!! Arnautovic swings in a superb corner from the left-hand side and Mousset gets up to head the ball away at the near post, but only succeeds in heading the ball past Boruc and into his own net.
31' The ball is cleared straight to Muniesa from the resultant corner and the left-back hits a good dipping effort towards goal from 25 yards out, but Boruc gets down well to his right to turn the ball around the corner.
30' Chance!!! Stoke break forward at pace down the right-hand side through Arnautovic who picks out Shaqiri in the middle, and the winger shifts the ball onto his left foot to create space for himself to shoot, but his well-struck effort is blocked by Steve Cook. It looked as though it was heading for the bottom corner too.
28' Arter gets on the ball in midfield and is immediately greeted with a loud chorus of boos from the Stoke fans, which is immediately drowned out by cheers from the home supporters.
H. Arter
Yellow Card
AFC Bournemouth
26' Arter goes flying in with a crunching tackle on Allen and after much thought, the referee deems a yellow card to be sufficient. The midfielder is perhaps lucky to still be on the pitch there as he went in with his studs on the Welshman.
24' Bournemouth have just raised their intensity in the last couple of minutes as Geoff Cameron's pass towards Glen Johnson under good pressure from Arter goes straight out of play for a throw-in.
22' OFF THE POST!! Smith links up with King and Stanislas on the right-hand corner of the penalty box before hitting a fierce, left-footed effort off the inside of the post from 18 yards out, and Mousset can't get over the rebound which comes quickly to him, firing it high over the bar from 12 yards out.
20' Things are just becoming a little bit scrappy now as Arnautovic flies in late on Smith and gets a talking to from the referee.
19' Neither side have really got going in this game so far with neither able to hold onto the ball for an extended period of time, and Mark Hughes looks a little bemused in his technical area.
17' Arter gives the ball away cheaply to Joe Allen just inside the Stoke half and the Welshman looks to play the ball into Arnautovic down the left-hand side, but Arter reads it extremely well to win back possession, drawing a cheer from the home fans.
15' Bournemouth get in behind the Stoke defence for the first time in the game as Stanislas slips the ball into Adam Smith's path inside the right-hand edge of the penalty area, but the right-back's cut-back towards King is well intercepted by Glenn Whelan who clears the ball away to safety.
13' Lewis Cook picks up the ball in space 25 yards out from goal and he's encouraged to shoot by the crowd, but Allen gets out to close him down quickly and gets a good block in on Cook's powerfully struck shot.
11' A half-chance for Arnautovic as he's picked out unmarked on the edge of the Bournemouth penalty area by Mame Biram Diouf, but his first-time shot is a poor one and rolls straight into the arms of Artur Boruc.
9' Stanislas is penalised for a push on Marc Muniesa close to halfway but the referee deems a free-kick to be sufficient, although the reaction of Stanislas would suggest that he felt it was soft.
7' Josh King gets his first chance to run with the ball at his feet as he skips past a couple of Stoke defenders down the right-hand side of the penalty box and stands up a cross towards Lys Mousset in the middle, but the cross is a poor one and Butland easily catches it high above his head.
5' Jack Butland plays a long ball down the left-hand touchline which Marko Arnautovic controls brilliantly with the outside of his foot, but Adam Smith is tight to the winger and knocks the ball out of play to prevent him breaking away in behind the Bournemouth defence.
3' Bournemouth have settled into this game nicely in the early stages and their fans are certainly making plenty of noise as Xherdan Shaqiri drills a long pass straight out of play for a goal kick.
1' Lewis Cook plays a long, diagonal ball towards Junior Stanislas who controls it well on the right-hand corner of the box and hits a powerful effort towards goal, but the flag is up for offside against the winger.
1' Kick-off! Referee Paul Tierney blows his whistle and Bournemouth get the game underway.
The players are out on the pitch, kick-off is not far away now.
Bournemouth recorded one of only three away victories in the league this season when the two sides met at the bet365 Stadium in November, with Nathan Ake scoring the only goal of the game midway through the first half.
Stoke meanwhile make just one change to their side that drew 0-0 with West Ham last time out, as Mame Biram Diouf replaces Saido Berahino up front.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe makes two changes to his side that beat Sunderland, with Junior Stanislas replacing Ryan Fraser in midfield, while Lys Mousset makes his first Premier League start in place of the injured Benik Afobe.
Subs: Grant, Pieters, Berahino, Adam, Walters, Crouch, Ramadan
Stoke (4-3-3): Butland; Johnson, Shawcross, Martins Indi, Muniesa; Cameron, Allen, Whelan; Shaqiri, Diouf, Arnautovic
Subs: Allsop, Mings, Cargill, Smith, Fraser, Ibe, Gradel
Teams: Bournemouth (4-4-2): Boruc; Smith, Francis, Cook, Daniels; Stanislas, Arter, Cook, Pugh; King, Mousset
They are without a win on the road since beating Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in January, and have failed to score in each of their last six away games.
Stoke sit just a point behind Eddie Howe’s side in 13th, however they have won just once in their last eight league matches, a 3-1 win over Hull at the bet365 Stadium.
Their home form has been key to getting them into the position they are currently in, with eight of their 11 Premier League wins this season having come at the Vitality Stadium.
Bournemouth go into the game having won their last two matches, against Middlesbrough and Sunderland, to move up to 11th in the Premier League table and all but guarantee Premier league survival.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League match between Bournemouth and Stoke City at the Vitality Stadium.
