Former Nzoia Sugar FC chairman Yappets Mokua has been reappointed to the position following David Egesa's dismissal.
Egesa was sacked on Wednesday for allegedly misappropriating club funds and he has now been replaced by Mokua, who was voted out as Nzoia chairman in January 2017.
The soft spoken football administrator oversaw Nzoia's promotion back to the Kenyan Premier League in 2016 but his stint ended before the 2017 KPL campaign kicked-off after losing the sit to Brian Keya in a poll.
Keya was sacked a year later and replaced by Egesa, who has been in charge of the team until Wednesday when he was kicked out of the club.
Mokua will best be remembered for bringing in youthful Bernard Mwalala as head coach in 2015 and a year later, he led the Millers back to the Kenyan Premier League. He returns at a time the team is in serious financial problems.
