Who will win the Premier League in 2019-20? The favourites, outsiders, underdogs & latest odds

Another thrilling season of Premier League action has kicked off and Manchester City are looking to make it a hat-trick of titles.

Pep Guardiola’s men dramatically retained their title last term after being pushed all the way by Liverpool, who finished 25 points above third-placed Chelsea.

Who are the favourites to win the Premier League?

Liverpool have dropped only two points from their 23 games and are just 1/100 (1.01) to win their maiden Premier League title.

The Reds have yet to struggle for goals in any of their fixtures, scoring 54 times, and their defence have conceded just 15 goals this season - the best in the league.

Jurgen Klopp's side have beaten almost everyone that has stood in their way, with a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford the only blemish on the record so far, and bet365 have already paid out on the Reds winning the league as part of their 'League Winner Early Payout' offer.

Man City are out at 40/1 (41.0) with bet365 to win the Premier League for the third season in a row, having taken 51 points from their first 24 games of the campaign.

Guardiola's side have won 16 games and but have crucially suffered five defeats, with Wolves doing the double over the champions and part of the reason they are 16 points behind the Reds.

Who are the Premier League outsiders?

Surprise package Leicester City sit in second place with 48 points and are out at 350/1 (351.0) shots with bet365 to repeat their incredible 2015-16 campaign.

Brendan Rodgers' side have won 15 of their 22 games, including a club-record eight in a row, and boast one of the best goal differences in the Premier League at the moment after a record 9-0 win at Southampton.

Despite selling Harry Maguire in summer, the Foxes have the second-best defence with just 24 goals against them and look set to at least secure a return to the Champions League.

bet365 go 1000/1 (1001.0) that Frank Lampard can lead Chelsea to glory, with the Blues having found their feet after a rough start - but they are still 27 points off the pace.

It has been an inconsistent Premier League season for the Blues, with a six-game winning streak spanning September through to November followed up by a run of just four wins from their 12 fixtures after that.

Who are the Premier League underdogs?

Tottenham are 1250/1 (1251.0) long shots to win the Premier League, which comes as little surprise considering they finished 27 points behind Man City last term.

Spurs have yet to find any consistency in their results so far, picking up just 34 points from 24 games, with the club's hierarchy replacing Mauricio Pochettino with Jose Mourinho in November.

Manchester United can be backed at 1500/1 (1501.0) after picking up just nine wins in their last 29 Premier League games going back to April, and there are 11 losses in that stretch including a 2-1 defeat at home to Crystal Palace.

Arsenal are out at 1500/1 (1501.0) to end what will be a 16-year drought by winning the Premier League title next May.

The Gunners have won just six times this season and have also lost the same amount, with the club firing Unai Emery in late November after a run of seven games without victory in all competitions and hiring former captain Mikel Arteta to take his place.
