Victor Moses has joined the Nigeria national team camp in London ahead of their showdown with England at Wembley on Saturday.

After the Chelsea wing-back helped the Blues defeat Manchester United to clinch the FA Cup trophy for the eighth time in their history, the 27-year-old was given permission to join Gernot Rohr’s side in London before their tie with the Three Lions.

The former Wigan Athletic player missed the Super Eagles' 1-1 stalemate with DR Congo on Monday at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt.

And on Thursday, the Nigeria Football Federation via social media confirmed that the player has arrived at the team's camp.

“Victor Moses has joined the team in camp, everybody is now in,” the NFF tweeted.

Prior to the team's departure to London, Gernot Rohr reduced his squad to 25, leaving out Lokomotiv Plovdiv defender Stephen Eze, Kano Pillars striker Junior Lokosa, as well as Uche Agbo and goalkeeper Dele Ajiboye.

After the encounter with Gareth Southgate’s men, the three-time African champions will slug it out with Czech Republic on June 6.

Nigeria will open their Group D campaign with Croatia on June 16 before they take on Iceland and Argentina.
