Sofapaka will miss the services of defender George Maelo when they take on Kakamega Homeboyz in a crucial Kenyan Premier League match.
Maelo will sit out of Wednesday’s league match at the Narok Stadium owing to the suspension. The defender was sent off in Batoto Ba Mungu’s 1-0 victory over Posta Rangers.
Maelo scored the decisive goal before being sent off, but he had already done the damage for John Baraza side who pulled a slim win over Rangers.
Good news for Baraza will be the availability of goalkeeper Wycliffe Kasaya, who will be available for selection as he returns from suspension.
Matasi was shown a red against league champions Gor Mahia.
