On Saturday, the Ghana international played his first competitive match since January 17, 2017
Abdul Baba Rahman returned to action in Schalke 04's 1-0 defeat of Eintracht Frankfurt after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
The left-back who is currently on an 18-month loan deal from Chelsea, has recovered from the knee injury he sustained while on international duty with Ghana at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.
Rahman was introduced for Yevhen Konoplyanka in the 57th minute as the Royal Blues ended the campaign on a winning note.
Guido Burgstaller's first-half effort sealed victory for the Veltins-Arena outfit.
Schalke 04 finished as runners-up in the German top-flight after garnering 60 points from 33 points.
