Omondi Aduda: Gor Mahia will not let Kenyans down in Caf competition

Gor Mahia is set to play Rwanda's Rayon Sports in the Group stages of Caf Confederation Cup.

It is the first time K'Ogalo is playing in the Group stages of this competition and many view the Kenyan side as underdogs.

However, club's CEO Omondi Aduda does not think so and believes they are ready to compete with the best in the competition.

"It is true, looking at the teams in our group one can easily take us for granted but we want to prove it is not the case. We have a good team, with quality players as well as a good coach and he will easily help us get to where we want to be," Aduda told Goal.

"We want to make it easier for the team to perform better and go all the way to the finals, we can do it."

Yanga of Tanzania, and USM Alger of Algeria are other teams in Group D.
