Harambee Stars head coach Stanley Okumbi has revealed his side changed tactics in the second half in a bid to win the match and keep the clean sheet.
The Stars were leading 1-0 after the first 45 minutes courtesy of Michael Olunga and Okumbi was keen on maintaining the lead thereby employing a defensive approach in the second stanza.
"In the second-half, we decided to let Olunga (Michael) stay in front and other players had to fall back. We wanted to build from the back, and attack as a unit, and also rely on counter attacks. Well, it worked for us, but we were unfortunate to concede.
"I'm happy with the fighting spirit in the team, and how the players committed to ensure we win," he told Goal.
