Kenyan Premier League side Western Stima has signed five players in preparation for the top flight football.

The Kisumu-based outfit was relegated in 2017, but has fought back and will once again dine with the big boys. The power men have re-signed striker Kennedy Otieno, commonly referred to as Agogo, on a reported two-year deal. The striker was dropped by Posta Rangers alongside six others last week.

Defender Luke Ochieng, who was also released by the mailmen, has been signed alongside Kenya Police custodian Obonyo Anthony. Defender Vincent Omumbo has also been given a two-year contract by Stima with the fifth signing being Vincent Odongo.

Goal understands the power-men are aiming at a top ten finish by the end of the season, and changes especially in the technical bench are in the pipeline.
