KPL transfers: Muhoroni Youth drop seven players

New Muhoroni Youth coach Gilbert Selebwa is set to confirm new faces at the club before the transfer window is closed at midnight.

The Awasi-based side is currently placed in the relegation zone and the former Shabana coach has been handed the mantle to turn around club's fortunes. In an interview with Goal, Selebwa expressed optimism over the club's future saying their is massive talent in the team. "We want to build a strong team that is capable to compete and give us the results we need.

"Definitely we will have a few more faces in the team as we aim at getting out of this position. The league is tough, and we have to toughen up too and be competitive."

This comes amid reports that the club has released Timothy Igweta, Calvince Omanga, Ali Ahmed, Hillary Otieno, Philip Muchuma, Mike Otieno and Walter Amara.
