The tie is a repeat of the 2014-15 final which Barca won 3-1 in Berlin, but both teams have changed since then - and Juventus in particular with the likes of Andrea Pirlo, Carlos Tevez and Paul Pogba no longer at the Italian side.
Juve and Italy legend Gianluigi Buffon will start in goal for the Bianconeri, but coach Massimiliano Allegri has decisions to make in the full-back positions. On the right, he could choose Dani Alves (who only played five minutes against Chievo on Saturday) against his former club, but may stick with Stephan Lichtsteiner in that position. On the left, Alex Sandro looks set to be preferred to Kwadwo Asamoah.
In midfield, Miralem Pjanic or Claudio Marchisio will start alongside Sami Khedira, with Juan Cuadrado further forward on the right wing, Mario Mandzukic on the left and Paulo Dybala as an attacking central midfielder behind striker Gonzalo Higuain.
Barca boss Luis Enrique also has a selection dilemma with midfielder Sergio Busquets missing through suspension for the trip to Turin.
In his absence, Andre Gomes and Ivan Rakitic look set to start together in central midfield, with Andres Iniesta and Sergi Roberto also in the team behind Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez - with the Argentine free to roam in a deeper role.
That would see a three-man defence featuring Gerard Pique, Samuel Umtiti and Javier Mascherano at the Juventus Stadium (and Marc-Andre ter Stegen in goal), although Luis Enrique could also decide to pick Jordi Alba at left-back in a four-man back line and leave Gomes on the bench.
However, Gomes and Iniesta were deep in conversation in training for Barca on Monday and that looks like an indication that the Portuguese will be included in the starting line-up on Tuesday.
