The Zimbabwe international is currently a free agent after parting ways with Ajax Cape Town last week having only joined the club in January 2018.
Chiefs, SuperSport United as well as Bidvest Wits have all been linked Ndoro, who scored once in eight appearances in all competitions for the Urban Warriors.
Ndoro's agent Gary Cassisa admitted that he is aware of reports linking his client with Chiefs.
However, Cassisa insisted that they have not received any offers for Ndoro yet.
"We have heard that Chiefs are interested in Tendai but at this stage there's no offer for him from them or any other club," Cassisa told Sunday World.
The agent indicated that they are hoping that once Chiefs and SuperSport have announced their coaches, there's a possibility that either of the clubs would snap up Ndoro.
"We just have to wait and see until Chiefs and SuperSport United appoint coaches," he continued.
"Maybe then there'll be something concrete. We are in talks with three teams but there are no formal offers," he explained.
Ndoro breached Fifa regulations after appearing for three clubs - Pirates, Saudi Arabian side Al Faisaly and Ajax in one season.
As a result, he has been the focal point of the ongoing PSL chaos that recently saw Ajax being restored to 15th spot on the log after a court order.
"He enjoyed his time at Ajax but with all this situation it was a mutual decision that he leaves the club," Cassisa said.
"The environment was no longer good for him. He's training by himself, and he looks sharp," he added.
"Any team that finds him now, he's going to score them goals. Ndoro is a natural goal scorer. He's in good mental state as well," he concluded.zdf
