Brockie demands SuperSport United turn draws into wins

Matsatsantsa have registered more draws than wins and Goal caught up with Brockie as their push for the league title continues

SuperSport United striker Jeremy Brockie is happy with Matsatsantsa's squad depth as they continue to battle for this season's PSL title.

“It has been disappointing not to turn these draws into wins. We are very disappointed as a team that we haven’t been able to take advantage and climb at the top of the table with a couple of wins,” Brockie told Goal .

Matsatsantsa currently placed fourth on the table and are five points behind current log leaders Cape Town City.

“Hopefully, we will do well and push on and do well in these last 11 games. We will fight for it and so that we don’t look at  the log at the end of the season having dropped points against Free State Stars and Bloemfontein Celtic. Hopefully, that doesn’t come back to haunt us,” he said.

“We got a lot of depth in our squad and we got a small squad, but we got a lot of depth and major replacements if we lose our top players through injury or suspension,” Brockie concluded.
