Azam FC Head Coach, Aristica Cioaba has reportedly left the club to return home ahead of the clubs Premier League clash with Stand United this weekend.
The Romanian who is currently on a three match ban is widely reported to be heading towards the exit door after Azam’s executives decided not to continue with his services after a series of poor results this season.
Singida United head coach Hans van Pluijm is in a strong position to replace the Romanian at the end of the season.
Azam currently sit second in the table and will travel to Shinyanga for the reverse fixture in the Ligi Kuu against Stand United on Saturday.
Sources close to the club have revealed that the Romanian departed early this week without any notice and there is worry around the club that he will not return.
