8th Finals
UEFA Europa League

A win at the San Siro against Inter for Tottenham will see them draw level on points with the Italians in second place, before heading to Barcelona for their group closer. PSV must now turn their attention to consolidating a Europa League finish in their final two matches, unless they do the improbable and beat both Barca and Inter. That wraps up our coverage, thanks for reading along.
Tottenham live to fight another day while PSV’s Champions League elimination is all but confirmed. Zoet was resilient for the visitors for much of the game, typified by his battle-scarred face at the final whistle, but he couldn’t stop a late Tottenham onslaught. Kane lashed home his 12th goal in 14 competition appearances to cancel out De Jong’s second-minute opener, before the striker headed the winner off Sainsbury for a vital three points. Pochettino’s side had 30 attempts on goal on an evening their frustrations were relieved in the dying embers of the match.
K. Trippier
Yellow Card
90' + 5' A high boot from Trippier brings a yellow for the Spurs right-back.
90' + 5' The Eredivisie champions have what could be their last chance. Hendrix's free-kick finds Dumfries at the back-post, who steers it back across goal and out for a goal-kick.
90' + 4' We're in the fourth of six minutes added on. Have PSV got one last ounce of energy left?
D. Schwaab
Yellow Card
90' + 3' Schwaab is booked late on for fouling Kane on the halfway line.
90' + 3' Kane is penalised after playing keep-ball in the corner before earning a free-kick of his own on the break soon after.
90' + 1' Spurs are battling for this all important result. It'll be about running the clock down now.
B. Davies
89' Assist Ben Davies
H. Kane
89' Goal Harry Kane
88' Gazzaniga catches a PSV free-kick and immediately springs another spell of Spurs pressure. Just a couple of minutes plus stoppage time to go, with Inter and Barcelona drawing in Milan.
É. Gutiérrez
S. Bergwijn
86' Bergwijn comes off after pulling up earlier in the half. Gutierrez is his replacement.
85' Lamela tries his luck from distance for Spurs when he perhaps had better options either side.
84' Winks curls a fantastic ball from the right in to Llorente, lurking in the penalty area. The Spaniard's header is straight at Zoet, though.
83' Malen finds himself in on goal before smacking the ball towards Gazzaniga's top-right, but not quite enough in the corner, allowing the Spurs keeper to parry.
T. Sainsbury
L. de Jong
81' De Jong makes way on the night he scored his fifth Champions League goal for PSV. Defender Sainsbury is on to shut up shop.
78' Llorente has had a campaign to forget on the goal front, but his hold-up play was exquisite for the goal.
H. Kane
78' GOOOOOAAALL! Harry Kane comes up with the goods! Llorente knocks down a ball to the England man, and he rifles it past Zoet, into the corner. 1-1. A big 10 minutes are on the way for Spurs.
77' Kane waits and waits to fire at Zoet but can't find the extra half-yard needed to make it count.
K. Trippier
S. Aurier
75' And Tripper comes on for Aurier at right-back.
Son Heung-Min
75' Llorente will join Kane up front for the last quarter-of-an-hour for Tottenham. Son is subbed off.
75' Dumfries comes up with yet another crucial clearance for PSV. They might just see this out with 15 minutes to go.
D. Malen
G. Pereiro
73' Pereiro walks off slowly to be replaced by Malen. Sanchez does his bit to speed up the substitution.
71' De Jong gets back from centre-forward to put his body on the line, in the way of a Davies cross. Every PSV player has put a shift in tonight. Surely they can't keep up this intensity...?
70' Bergwijn was on the ground after pulling up off the ball. Worrying signs for the youngster but he's back on his feet for now.
68' Son forces yet another save from the impressive Zoet in goal! Corner number 13 for Spurs.
67' Alli looks to have chance to shoot but just loses control of the ball in the box before pulling the trigger.
65' Spurs are perhaps trying to direct everything too centrally at the moment as they search for a crucial leveller.
Son Heung-Min
Yellow Card
63' Son goes into the book after chopping down Lozano, a frequent target in this second half.
E. Lamela
Lucas Moura
62' Lucas hasn't quite matched the threat of his first-half performance and makes way for Lamela.
62' Tottenham are all over the visitors here. Alli is the latest player in white to cause a desperate PSV block, following a dangerous cross.
60' Lamela is preparing to come on for Spurs now.
58' Pereiro's header is palmed away by a diving Gazzaniga!
57' This half has continued on from themes of the first. PSV attempted just two shots in the first half, scoring with their first after 61 seconds. The visitors have just had their first shot of this half courtesy of Bergwijn, whose effort is deflected out for a corner.
55' Son motors away from Dumfries and wins a corner after a last-ditch tackle. This is another good spell of pressure for the home side.
54' Lozano runs into acres of space in behind but doesn't spot Bergwijn to his left, waiting for the ball across. Sanchez and Aurier then have enough time to cover.
52' Gazzaniga sparks a collective gasp around Wembley with a dummy past Lozano, before Alli curls over 10 seconds later on the counter.
51' Aurier can only find a grateful Zoet with his delivery after breaking free wide on the right.
49' Davies' duel with Lozano continues, as the Welshman tries two nudges before fouling the Mexico international.
48' Alli, Kane and Son attack together on the break before the latter wins a corner from a deflected effort.
47' Spurs had 14 shots in the first half, their most in the first half of a CL game. Davies has just smacked another attempt wide of goal.
46' The second half starts with an immediate foul by Hendrix...
More service to the Spurs number 10 wouldn’t go amiss in the second half, as Pochettino hopes to salvage his side’s place in the competition. Meanwhile, PSV will look to produce more from counter-attacking chances. As it stands, if Inter take the lead against Barcelona it’s curtains for Spurs.
A bright start for Tottenham went out the window after just 61 seconds, when De Jong scored PSV’s fastest ever Champions League goal. Spurs had plenty of opportunities to draw level through Eriksen and Alli, with mazy runs from Lucas mixed in, but Zoet was equal to everything between the sticks. Kane has been marked tightly and limited to half-chances for the home side.
45' + 1' The fourth official has signalled for just one minute of added time. Can Spurs end the half with a bang?
43' Davies swipes through De Jong after the ball moves on, but the referee spares Tottenham's left-back a yellow again.
42' This half is becoming just a bit scrappy as we near the interval. PSV still lead, though, even if they've lived a charmed life in London tonight.
40' Son goes down in the box and appeals for a penalty. The crowd join in on the fun but the referee doesn't want to hear about it.
H. Lozano
Yellow Card
38' Lozano is the first player to see yellow at Wembley tonight after sliding in on Winks from behind. Clear-cut enough for the referee there.
36' Alli is denied again by Zoet in the area! That was another good save from the visiting keeper down to his right, even if Alli didn't quite make the desired contact.
35' Kane can't quite contort his neck to divert a cross from Davies towards the goal, with two PSV defenders touch-tight.
34' PSV have dealt with almost everything Tottenham are trying to throw at them in the air. It's when the Dutch side are stretched that they surrender big opportunities.
32' The home side are still having all of the ball. Remember, a victory is the bare minimum for Spurs.
30' Between Lucas' bursts and plenty of chances to test Zoet in goal, Spurs could be 4-1 up right now.
28' Two big chances for Tottenham! First, Alli tees up Eriksen in the box with just Zoet to beat. The Dutch stopper blocks the initial attempt, before thwarting another from Alli on the rebound. How have Spurs not scored here?!
27' Lucas is the danger man again, committing three PSV players before crossing for Sanchez, who can't quite connect with a header.
26' Viergever brings down Kane in the centre-circle with players in white free to his right and left on the counter.
24' Davies mistimes a challenge on Lozano resulting in a harsh clash of knees. The referee opts against booking the Welshman this time.
23' Nobody can stop Lucas as he speeds towards the PSV goal, starting from near the halfway line, before weaving his way around three defenders in the box. The Brazilian has two bites of the cherry before being crowded out.
22' PSV opened the scoring through De Jong after just 61 seconds here. That was the earliest goal that Spurs have conceded in a Champions League game.
21' Kane aims for bottom-right corner from range with a curling effort but Zoet is equal to it.
19' Son has moved out to the right, temporarily at least, in an attempt to create space in behind for his side. Aurier's ball into the channel doesn't quite have the legs for him and PSV soon clean up.
18' Aurier shepherds a loose ball out for a corner despite final contact coming from team-mate Lucas. PSV weren't so lethal with two set-piece opportunities afterwards, though.
16' After a rather frantic opening 15 minutes, PSV have settled down at the back with their early goal.
14' A couple of nearly moments on counter-attacks have just occurred for both sides. First, Spurs surged forward through Alli, before Son dawdled on the left-hand side and lost possession. Spurs were lucky there that PSV weren't more precise on the break.
13' It's early doors but should PSV win, Spurs would be the second English team that the Dutch side have beaten more than once in away European games – they’ve also beaten Leeds United twice.
11' Alli, in particular, looks sharp for the hosts on his first Champions League appearance since March. His flicks have created havoc in and around the PSV penalty box.
9' Alli slips in Kane but the striker shoots right at Viergever and out for another corner. Spurs are having all of the ball and will wonder how they've not equalised.
8' Winks plays a disguised pass to the right wing for Eriksen just inside the area, who proceeds to drill the ball in between the PSV defenders and keeper. Somehow, a touch steers it away from danger.
6' Alli chips a teasing delivery into the PSV box, which requires a deflection to take it out for a Spurs corner. A series of flicks from the ensuing delivery almost find the back of the net, but for a goal-line clearance!
4' Son battles with Dumfries by the corner flag before the full-back pushes him off the ball and clears.
G. Pereiro
2' Pereiro couldn't have delivered that corner any sweeter. Tottenham have been undone at the first opportunity.
L. de Jong
2' GOOOAAALLL already! De Jong leaps just as high as Alderweireld in the Tottenham box, but the Belgian defender just mistimes his jump, allowing the PSV man to power home. 1-0 to the visitors!
1' Angelino earns a corner after a sharp run down the left from full-back. Alderweireld makes the block for Spurs.
1' Winks gets us underway on a big night for both teams.
The teams are out on the Wembley turf.
Van Bommel names an unchanged XI after the 1-0 league victory over Vitesse at the weekend. De Jong and Lozano netted against the Londoners a fortnight ago and, along with Bergwijn, make up PSV’s fearsome front three. Just ten minutes to go now until kick-off.
Gazzaniga comes in for Tottenham after Hugo Lloris’ red card in Eindhoven, while Alli makes his first Champions League appearance of the campaign. An injury-hit squad is missing the likes of Moussa Dembele, Jan Vertonghen and Victor Wanyama.
SUBS: Eloy Room, Trent Sainsbury, Aziz Behich, Bart Ramselaar, Erick Gutierrez, Mauro Junior, Donyell Malen.
PSV EINDHOVEN (4-2-3-1): Jeroen Zoet; Denzel Dumfries, Daniel Schwaab, Nick Viergever, Jose Angel Esmoris Tasende; Pablo Rosario, Jorrit Hendrix, Gaston Pereiro; Steven Bergwijn, Luuk de Jong, Hirving Lozano.
SUBS: Michel Vorm, Kieran Tripper, Kyle Walker-Peters, Oliver Skipp, Moussa Sissoko, Erik Lamela, Fernando Llorente.
TOTTENHAM (4-2-3-1) Paulo Gazzaniga; Serge Aurier, Davinson Sanchez, Toby Alderweireld, Ben Davies; Harry Winks, Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli, Lucas Moura, Heung-min Son; Harry Kane.
Mark van Bommel became just the second manager to win his first 11 Eredivisie matches on Saturday, but such domestic dominance hasn’t changed PSV’s Champions League form. The Dutch champions haven't won any of their last 11 games in the competition, a run stretching back to December 2015. Team news is on the way...
Only victory will do for Tottenham in Group B after late slip-ups cost them valuable points in the race for knockout stage qualification. Failure to win here at Wembley and three points for Inter against Barcelona will see Mauricio Pochettino’s side locked out of the top two battle.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Champions League meeting between Tottenham and PSV Eindhoven.
