AFC Leopards will play Madagascan side Fosa Juniors in a fortnight, with an aim of progressing to next round of Caf Confederation Cup.

After being held to a one all draw at home, a win of any kind or a high scoring draw will see the Kenyan representatives through. Former head coach James Nandwa says it is very possible for the twelve times league champions to qualify to the next round.

“It was quite unfortunate that things did not go well at home, it could have been better with a win. However, all is not lost, we have a chance to redeem ourselves in the second leg.

"The main thing is to ensure that the team does not concede again, and avoid mistakes at the back.

In the first leg there was a disjointed performance especially in the defense, set pieces should be defended better,” Nandwa told Goal.

Nandwa was at the helm when Leopards was eliminated by South African side Supersport United in the second round of the same competition.
